Tiny tots is an amazing facility ! They are extremely professional and care about the interactions with each patient. The receptionist Lauren is incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for our son and daughter thank you so much to her ! What a lovely human being !

Staff was super helpful, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. I was very impressed with the level of service! The doctor took her time with my child and really made her feel comfortable. She also explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this clinic!

The service has been great for years, until after the pandemic when they eliminated any online regular service and it’s harder to communicate by phone. Also the staff used to be very welcoming and now it’s not that much. We love our pediatrician Dr. Midnick.

We’ve been going to Tiny Tots since my 10 month old daughter was born and have been very happy with the care she has received. We are often fortunate enough to speak to Lauren, a secretary who goes out of her way to help us and ensure that our daughter gets seen by a doctor when she’s sick. I highly recommend this clinic.

UPDATE: in addition to the predictable generic copy/paste response I got in reply, whoever wrote it couldn't even be bothered to spell my name right. As if we needed further proof of the incompetence from the administration.First off I just want to say that the doctors are amazing and I am so grateful for all the work that they do.That said, I have been trying for the past few days to get an appointment for my 7 month d daughter (calling at 8am) and never seem to get through. Last time I went a father was desperately trying to get an appointment for his child IN PERSON because he couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone and the receptionist turned him back and told him to call back the next day at 8 A.M, but of course, as many have stated in the reviews, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone. I really hope this changes but judging from the replies to the reviews pointing out this issue, I'm likely to get a copy/paste response at best.

I had an amazing experience here .. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I got an appointment really fast and when we arrived they seen us right away we didn’t have to wait like other places .

I hate to do this because I actually feel like the physicians are great in this clinic- but called today for an urgent appointment. We spoke with someone named Helen, who spent a good 15 min telling us we were not part of the clinic, and can’t make an appointment. Only after arguing with her did she finally type in my son’s name and realized that he is indeed seen at tiny tots. As a physician myself, this kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Have some humility and empathy when answering phones. You are talking to worried parents. If you have to deny them an appointment, that’s fine- but please do so after some due diligence and don’t just argue that we don’t have a family doctor and are not part of the clinic (and if you’re wrong, just apologize for your rude behavior).
