Container supplier

Customer Services was really great, box was on time for drop off and pick up. The 20' box itself is very small, smaller than a moving truck. It does not fit a 2 to 3 bedroom home and more a 1 bedroom home or condo. We needed 2 of the boxes so this was the only thing we were disappointed with as I did explain all the items we had and the rep assured it would fit everything and it barely fit half of our stuff. Luckily we had a families garage to put the rest of our items in.

Excellent customer service. Mike walked us through everything and answered my calls right away on delivery day. The delivery drivers were fantastic navigating our single lane road with ease. Even dropped the container and reloaded so that we could have the door facing into our yard.

We are a construction company and happened to find Rtc Containers on the internet when looking for a site trailer. The team is truly first class. If you need a modified or unmodified container, these are your guys. Professional, timely, and efficient. Great service and extremely accommodating!

We moved from BC to Manitoba, and our experience was excellent on both ends of the move. Both locations to drop the boxes were tricky, and the drivers aced it both in Maple Ridge and in Winnipeg.Communication with the offices was prompt and responsive, and they could not have been more helpful! Drivers in both provinces were expert and delivered and picked up not just on time, but notified us when they were close as well.It was a difficult and somewhat stressful move, but the experience with Big Steel Box was the easy part of the move....they are fantastic, friendly, helpful, and expert. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I had to rent two storage containers. Awesome service. Very clean and secure. I parked a vehicle in one and they provided ramps within minutes of requesting them. Office staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this business.

I would highly recommend Mr. Container if you are looking for a seacan. I recently purchased a 40ft High container with doors at both ends. Plus I had them install a man door and a 10ft roll up door. The container was delivered to my property an hour out of Edmonton, all within a week from time of inquiry. The container, as promised, looked new. It was a one trip container which I was looking for. Naomi was great to deal with and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a seacan.

Watertight? Nope, All our belongings ,furniture , clothes, pictures....gone, our container sat under 3 feet of water for a week or two, than sat and grew mold for another month. No restitution, blamed the first nations for not letting them on site to survey the damage. Claim they had no notice there was going to be a flood. It may flood again, don't trust them with your stuff!

Very good service, they answered all my e-mails quickly (check your spam folder, all their emails ended up in the spam folder with outlook). They came in with the best quote out of 5 suppliers. The container was exactly as promised. The delivery was quick and took only 3 days after the invoice.
