Always amazing service whenever I come by. Staff always goes above and beyond No matter the problem these guys always find away to help me out! I’ve been coming here for over 10 years now wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Mark is an excellent guy. Very friendly and very good with customers, I will only come here no where else because Canadian tire and all other places 1st of all don't carry all that and when some one do carry the specialist of any product we should support them because soon Amazon will take over the world.

My snow blower broke down yesterday (of course during a snow storm) I went to Claude’s to try and find a replacement part. (My snow blower is a no name Chinese PoS!) But the people at Claude’s were wonderful in assisting me with trying to find a replacement part that might work!Turns out the part did work!!Great customer service from this place, even if your machine isn’t from them.

My chainsaw sat there for a week a 455 rancher nothing special. I was told a couple days I kept getting the run around. I was told yesterday it would be complete the next morning at the latest then they offer me a quote when asking if I can pick it up meaning they hadn't even touched it. I'll never take any business to them. And the quote was for more than I paid for the saw. They're a husky dealerr repair how can they not have parts.

like people have said very rude. took my snowblower in said it be $150 that it needed a new carb, just had it replaced by someone before but ok i'd give him the benifit of doubt. went to pic it up of course same carb not sure what he did because he'll explain nothing to you. paid for it and took my snowblower which i had bought from him but he said he'd never sell one like that. hahaha guess what buddy i did buy it from you.your a total liar and rip off . stay away from this guy he doesn't deserve to be in business , should have read all the negative responses before going to him , you have been warned
