I had ordered a 3d printer from Amazon for my business. We are closed Mondays and usually couriers see the bright green sign on the door stating our hours. When parcels arrive on a Monday, they are usually put back on the truck and brought back the next day. But not today. Today, it was left on Albert Street unattended. Needless to say by the time I got the email notification and rushed to the store, it was gone. I called Dynamex and was told it wasn't their problem and to call Amazon. They sent me a picture of my parcel on the ground outside my door in front of my closed store, with no lights and a locked door. Horrible service and very unprofessional.

Always a friendly and quick delivery when I'm expecting a package sent from Amazon. When I see my stuff sent via Canada Post, I cringe. I've had no issues thus far with my experience with Dynamex. Since I get my orders to a good" neighborhood I don't mind them just left out of the mailbox or on the step or at the side door. One time I did get a package sent to my parents who live in the "hood" and it was left on the step but my dad got home before anyone would snag it. That's my only complaint would be to drop it inside the outside door

One of the couriers thought the hood of my car was where a parcel should be left. This is not only begging for my stuff to be stolen, but the person apparently slid the box along my hood leaving scratches which required a detailer to correct. The courier said they would compensate me but then stopped replying to me and their customer service team has yet to contact me about this. I am now out $100 and I didn't even choose this courier.

On a acheter un divan chez Ikea, on devait le recevoir le samedi entre 9 et 18 h, jamais rien reçu. Ikea nous dit qu'il y a eu un erreur dans la procédure et ne savent pas pourquoi, on doit maintenant le recevoir le prochain samedi, on reçoit rien, on appel chez Ikea et ils communiques avec eux. On apprends que Dynamex livre au lac st-charles le vendredi seulement. Donc la compagnie nous dit faire la livraison un soir de la semaine....pour ensuite apprendre que finalement Dynamex n'a jamais ramasser notre divan chez Ikea. Dynamex nous dit qu'il est plus simple d'allez chez Ikea et nous faire rembourser.

Never got my package, called them to ask if they had it. Nope, just gone somehow and apparently this is not the first time for anybody who happened to have the misfortune of having Dynamex as their delivery service. If you see this company pop up on your order, contact the company and ask for them to use someone more reliable.FYI: I was also told the drivers are under no obligation to knock on the door, call you, or leave a note. Awful service, if I pay for express shipping it is because I want/need the items in the time I paid for them to be here.I wish Regina had better choices than purolator and dynamex for delivery.

Service de livraison médiocre.

This is a nice subdivision built in the back streets of Meaford for an older community.Each home is we appointed with a garage and a backyard.In the center is a community center that houses the mailboxes and a rec room for different sports and events.The neighbours know each other and socialize together and keep an eye out gor one another. An ideal community setting that allows aging individuals thier independence while covering common maintence and offers a community setting of like lives.

Un cauchemar qui dure depuis trois semaines. Achat chez Ikea, Dynamex doit nous livrer le stock. Ikea nous fixe une plage horaire de livraison entre 17h et 21h. Nous recevons un courriel de Dynamex nous disant qu'il livrerait la marchandise entre 13h et 17h une journée de semaine. Nous leur répondons que Ikea nous avait confirmé qu'on nous livrerait entre 17h et 21h. Dynamex répond qu'il ne livre pas le soir. Bravo....Nous réussissons à trouver quelqu'un qui puisse être présent entre 13h et 15h la journée fixée par le transporteur et lui transmettons un courriel pour lui dire que quelqu'un serait présent dans cette plage. Le transporteur décide de se présenter après cette heure et se butte à une porte fermée. Nous devons donc rappeler Ikea pour planifier une nouvelle date de livraison. Celle-ci est fixée le samedi suivant. Au cours de la semaine précédent cette livraison, nous n'avons aucune nouvelle du transporteur, aucun appel ni courriel nous indiquant à quel moment de la journée il passerait. Le samedi nous attendons patiemment à la maison, vers 14h nous décidons d'appeler mais les bureaux sont fermés. Cette compagnie livre le samedi mais il est impossible de les rejoindre. Vers 15h30 le livreur nous appelle pour nous dire que la livraison planifiée chez-nous ne pouvait se faire car il n'avait pas le stock dans son camion !!!!! Nous devons donc rappeler pour planifier une autre date de livraison. Nous rappellons Dynamex pour planifier une troisième date de livraison qui a eu lieu aujourd'hui. Notre stock est arrivé, les boîtes étaient d'une saleté incroyable, certaines étaient déchirées, nous avons reçu une boîte qui ne nous appartenait pas et il nous manque une boîte. Fichtrement écoeurée et dégoutée de cette bande d'incompétents, nous rappellons le livreur pour lui faire part de l'erreur et on se fait dire qu'il avait fait son travail de livraison et que s'il y avait un problème de rappeler chez Ikea pour planifier une autre date de livraison. Pour couronner le tout, ce livreur nous raccroche au nez.Nous avons dû nous rendre à l'entrepôt Ikea pour commander la boîte manquante, remettre celle qui appartenait à une autre cliente, porter plainte au sujet de ce livreur et leur montrer les photos de l'état des boîtes.Bref, si vous commandez chez Ikea, faites livrer à l'entrepôt Ikea. Pour 20$ vous éviterez de perdre du temps avec cette compagnie de livraison.

Service à la clientèle déficient

I've had several issues with this company. Most recently they didn't buzz my apartment and left my package outside. I called the next time, offered to pick it up and was told I couldn't. They said the delivery guy would come the next day between 7-8 and call first. This time they didn't ring my apartment and left a note on amazon saying it was an undeliverable address. And they noted that at 11:38, not between 7-8. I've emailed Amazon. I would wait for packages for an extra week if it meant I didn't have to deal with Dynamex.
