We had 3 solatubes installed. They let in so much light. We love them! It is saving on our electricity bill. When then we're installing the tubes they noticed a problem on our roof which they were happy to point out to us and offered to fix it while they were up there. Great service!!

An added benefit is they protect fabrics from fading due to over exposure to sunlight. They're not cheap, but if you amortize the cost over their lifespan, it's relatively inexpensive.Off season storage available, as well as Autumn take down and Spring installation service. Scheduling this work has had mixed results.

Great experience all around. Initial consult and site inspection by Troy was thorough, easy and informative. He answered all our questions and helped us choose the right awning and features to match our needs.Arrival of the Awning was actually sooner than the expected lead time. The installation team came on time on the appointed day and worked steadily until the installation was done. The were courteous, friendly, knowledgable and thoroughly professional. technicians. They tested the operation of the awning multiple times and adjusted it to our desired inclination for our deck. Also gave me a tutorial on use of the remote, the operation and adjustment of the wind sensor, and use of the auxiliary hand crank. They cleaned up all wrapping and debris and left the site spotless.We are thoroughly pleased with both the product and service provided by Shade on Demand, and would recommend them to anyone looking for exterior shades or awnings.

Great experience with Awning Master. They're a family run shop and Steve, the owner, and his son Tyler not only sell their products but also install them.I was looking to replace a Marcesa awning (the one with the stabilizer bar down the centre) that I'd had for twenty years with a new one. What I liked about Awning Master was that they actually have a show-room. The other distributors carrying this line don't. And going out to the head office in Markham was a waste of time since they don't have a showroom for customers...it's only for their distributors (!???). When I go to buy something I want to see what I'm buying before buying it...not just brochures or samples. Hence I went out to their showroom in Brampton even though I live in Toronto.Tyler took me through the initial overview in their showroom and then Steve came to my home to provide additional details and look at the install. Steve's a wealth of information. He also suggested a fabric colour I wasn't originally considering...I went with it and it looks great with the colours in my back yard.I have nothing but good things to say about Awning Master. The service and installation were both great and the price for the awning was very competitive to other products out there.Check them out...you won't be disappointed.

Tom was super easy and friendly to deal with when I placed my custom order for a couple of range flags (green and red). Yeah, the order was a small one, but he was happy to make this happen for me. I was super pleased to be supporting a local small business in Downtown Victoria. They accommodated all my specifications and shipped the completed products to me in Ontario.
