The staff were friendly and very helpful. The place was nice and clean. There was an interesting movie to watch. There were lots of pamphlets and magazines. It's a really good place to go to when you are visiting Hamilton.

The property is well maintained. Regional tourist information available here. There are also picnic tables and a very pleasant shaded area with mature trees for the weary driver to take a break.

l'Office de tourisme de Shawinigan est un lieu très accueillant ou vous serez accueillis par des experts de la destination! Chaleur humaine, conseils éclairés, mise en avant des ambassadeurs de la région... C'est évidemment à ajouter à votre carnet d'adresse si vous passez à Shawi! Nous-même, passant par là avant de prendre la route du départ, il nous a été conseillé une superbe route pour découvrir tout en roulant : le chemin du Roy! On recommande +++

Information Touristique de Matane
Les personnes à l'accueil ont été très chaleureuses et accueillantes. Même avec une journée de pluie abondante, elles nous ont trouvés de superbes activités à faire à Matane!!Je recommande les service de ce centre à tous les touristes :)
