Been my pharmacy for over 20yrs pharmacy staff r very pleasant to talk to and giving advice on medical issues!

I Had a claim in 2013, and WorkSafeBC handled it great. They allowed me an extra month to get back to work, so that I could focus on physical rehab & rebuild my muscles to where they were before the incident. Calling in to make a phone claim was about a 6 minute wait hold, and we spent 40 minutes over the phone. Never felt pressured or rushed or interrogated.The only reason for a loss of one star is the turn around time. It's a week+ for them the get back to you sometimes, especially when making a new claim. Also, they only allow you to visit one practitioner for the duration of your injury. A multifaceted approach would result in a quicker turnaround time to get someone back to work.

John Duncan is easily the best instructor I've had in my 20 years in the trade. I recently took the rigging crane and forklift courses. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of safety and makes sure his students understand the content he is teaching. The courses are up-to-date and very informative. John made the classes fun and interactive with everyone. I would highly recommend any person or company to choose this as their primary safety courses.Thanks alot John! Keep up the good work.

Sam was really good to me on the phone, his voice sounds like he is a strapping young lad :)

Went today for blood work and the staff were so friendly and professional. I usually get picked a few times and normally have to switch arms in order to get my blood drawn. Courtney was able to get it first try and it was pain free. Very quick as well! Will definitely be my go to place from now on.

The worst company - awful to get any support and awful to try and get physician's reimbursed for the medical services they provide.

Horrible experience with their emergency operator. Sadly the operator was having a bad day or not in the mood to deal with emergencies. She should no be taking calls.

Worst homicide division ever! No return calls. Left numerous messages trying to find out about my daughters death from March 29, '17. I guess I should expect nothing less due to the fact of skin color. No wonder Detroit is the way it is. Thanks for the support for a grieving mother!

Horrible customer service they never answer or return phone calls. It's amazing how when you have someone's direct number it goes right to voicemail bit if you call they front office and ask for the person they can out you through to them easily.
