The retail shop has a real good selection of products. I recommend making time to take a self-guided tour of the processing area. The old machines and the overall process is really interesting.

A friend of mine told me of this business that had opened up in Smithers that fabricated tents and other items…I went there and enquired about having the plastic windows replaced on my 25ft boat.. I wanted to reuse the fabric and just replace the plastic, which was in bad shape.. so I gave them 2 small side windows just to see how there craftsmanship was..I was so impressed after I picked up those small windows I gave them the balance to do.. everything went in nice and tight.. the price was very fair, and the staff are very friendly..

Totally ghosted me! Worst customer service EVER!!!!At first everything went well - Jeff came out to our boat mid April and we had a wonderful time chatting with him. He said he would give us an estimate within a week. Several weeks went by and no estimate. I called and he said it was coming. Since then I have called many times. He has NEVER returned my call! I begged him to call me back but he has vanished. I thought I'd be able to get my canvas for my boat by July. Now I've lost the entire season.
