Security lady was nice to me, I went on 27 Feb for renewing my SIN number and the work was done on good terms. I was satisfied with the service provided.

The way they treat the customer is good. They clearly specify the info. Infront of the door it is said that to wait for security, we waited for sometime no one came and one customer told that we can get in and we got in and asked in the counter what to do. Then we got the right instruction to get the slip and complete it. After that they called us to the counter. Service was good.

1.5 years to kick out a tenant who is violent, arsonist and non-paying? This is government at its finest

Worst customer service after over a week of trying to coordinate with my apprenticeship advisor David senyard I have received no reply. The times I've talked to him on the phone was blantly rude for need clarification on a topic. Auto reply to my customer question about exam rewrites which didn't even delve into the topic i was asking for help with... all around lazy but what do you expected from an unskilled beaurocracy. These people make no attempt to make the process of apprenticeship easy...

Came to 1331 Neilson Rd for voting at 2:30pm and still in line. It’s a mismanagement. Only one person!!! working here which causes more than an hour for 15 people line up. Elections Ontario doesn’t have any idea and data when people come to give vote like weekend or weekdays. That means they don’t have any research, just doing like a Clark. They put only one person in the voting room. As discussed with person here, mentioned weekdays 4 people managed the bating room even there were very less people came for voting and weekend only person because lots of people will come. I think government required to fire all existing employees of Elections Ontario and hire new employees who will capable to manage elections properly. In addition we have to pay parking based on hour. So, current employees have lack of knowledge to choose places. Lots of voter got angry and left the place without voting. Overall, very poor management at Scarborough locations.
