Phone number is wrong on Google, you have to add 604. Even when you do your call... it will not be answered. We need better outreach programs.

This company is excellent, sorted out my issues with my bank account.

In my experience, this is the best crisis line I’ve ever called. I met a lovely volunteer a few months ago who really sympathized with me, listened to me speak, and let me rant while also making me feel better. I’d say she saved my life that day, too. I’ve talked to 3 other volunteers and they’ve all been just as helpful; I’m a transmale and they have never been disrespectful while I spoke about my gender and experiences with being apart of the LGBTQ community. Whenever I’m feeling suicidal I call this hotline, and despite talking to other people in different organizations I’ve found that they never met the expectations that this one did— So thank you for all the lovely people who work here.

Not great they don’t let you call twice within 24 hours

Just did my CPR and First Aid training with them! It was great. The instructor (Malik) was very knowledgeable, and used real life examples when explaining the course material. Really enjoyed it!

Good place, the instructor waa vwry helpfull and wxplained everything very well and includ real life storries, i learned a lot more than any other courses i took in the past

It is not right that central office closes at night and apparently holidays too. If someone is suffering they can't even call past 8pm! It's neglectful. Addiction doesn't stop for holidays. In other cities they are open 24/7 which is how it should be.
