SCUBA instructor

Johns team of instructors has been unremarkable with teaching me how to effectively scuba. I feel confident traveling elsewhere with the techniques they've shown me. The instructor Luke and Dwayne have been so awesome and patient.John made sure I was prepared and ensured I would be ready for scuba diving. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to learn how to Scuba, to give John a call. He was very kind and ensured I was prepared any event.Thank you guys.- Danny

Great place, great instructors, nice warm pool onsite-

Wonderful selection of dive gear, especially wet suits!My kids have had such a great experience getting certified and selecting all of their gear. It was well worth the drive for us. They had tried the Try Scuba class with my wife and I a year before, and absolutely loved it. So this summer decided to get certified.I was grateful for the amazing patience of the dive instructors with my kids learning all the skills to become certified. And especially the patient and knowledgeable staff for helping us in selecting their gear that they are comfortable with. The class and gear was far less expensive than I had estimated.Other notes:-They have an ON-SITE POOL...it is always warm, 82-84 degrees-Kids did the on-line video/material at home which was fun and interesting to them-- and it's FREE from their website (links right to SSI site)-My kids never at any time felt overwhelmed, or rushed. The instructor always checked to make sure that they were comfortable. We were not limited by number of pool classes or a schedule -- the instructor instead scheduled additional classes for my younger son so he was completely comfortable!!-They explained different dive sites available and allowed the kids to choose their sites to be certified... they chose two amazing sites!!-The instructor takes his time explaining, and shares so many of his experiences... this vicarious learning has been amazing for them.-It was always fun!

Great dive community if you're looking to dive locally or go on trips with the shop!

This is an example of a diving service that claims to offer a multitude of services but does not deliver. We contacted this company to assist with relocating dock moorings that had been shifted late last year during a fall storm. They replied assuring us they could help and were available but just had to pin down timing. This went on for 3 weeks+ during our already short boating season. They never set a date or showed up.We understand companies are busy but it is beneath contempt and utterly unprofessional to constantly string people along saying you will help but ultimately doing nothing but offering excuses.This is sadly typical of many NB service/trade companies where a single individual or a few individuals have a singular skill to offer and proceed to “hang a shingle” and become a “business” while having no concept of what it means to run a business or how to treat customers.If the owner replies and contests this I will post their emails as evidence.As a consequence we have had our time wasted while they delivered nothingness and we are now forced to try to secure services elsewhere in peak season.Thanks for nothing Confederation Divers.We recommend (STRONGLY) looking elsewhere.

I can't believe my luck in finding Float N' Flag. Dave and Brad are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They are able to assess what is best for each of their customers, and inform, educate, and advise. And that is before the fun even starts!!I went to them because I had broken my trusty prescription diving mask of many years, and I can testify that it is no fun being under the water, but only seeing a blur!!Past experience had made me skeptical about finding a properly fitting mask easily.Dave and Brad managed to find a new mask which fit my old prescription lenses, saving me money. But I was nervous of being left without a mask for another winter in Barbados, so I asked them to order me a second mask.So now, happily, I have two scuba masks, with prescription lenses. I can't say enough great things about all the people at Diver's Wearhouse. My 14 year old daughter finished her Open Water Certification this weekend, and it was an amazing experience. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure she was not only trained but also comfortable in what she was doing. They were ALL patient and encouraging, and not only taught her the skills required for a fun and safe dive experience but also gave her the confidence to believe she could do it, even when she was unsure. Anyone who goes anywhere else for their diving needs is crazy!Special thanks to Lorie, Ian and John who helped my daughter achieve her goal while having fun. She went into this challenge excited, but nervous and came out of it full of pride and confidence thanks in no small part to everyone at Diver's Wearhouse. They offer Wet Wednesday's for divers of all skill levels, and my daughter can't wait to go out with them; I will be able to stand on the shore knowing she is safe and expertly trained. Bring on the adventure!

Amazing shop and amazing staff. My girlfriend has her advanced open water and I wanted to try diving with her in the ocean and do my discover scuba diving at the same time. Unfortunately the visibility at low depth in the ocean was bad and instead of bringing me anyway, Robyn was kind enough to call my girlfriend and let her know that I wouldn't see anything if I dove in the ocean with her, so my girlfriend went to the ocean and I went to the lake. I had an amazing experience, the staff was very kind and helpful. You can tell they're passionate about diving. Would 100% recommend.

Started my Dive experience with Jason and the crew at Blue Oasis Dive Centre Ltd. in 2016 and I have never looked back. Best decision I've ever made. Have traveled and dove with them in Manitoba, Mexico. Honduras, Bonaire, Curacao, and Egypt. Have to say Egypt was my standout trip. Many firsts but definitely no lasts. Highly recommend. Thinking about trying out a Mermaid tail, they have SSI certifications for that too. I can say I'm a certified SSI Master Diver and Mermaid to their challenges, support and friendship. Thanks Jason, Michelle, Keith, Robin, Cassandra, Derrick and the whole Blue Oasis crew and divers I now consider family.
