Unitas Hockey and Coach Chris have been wonderful to work with. Chris Unitas has been working with our son for a year and we have seen him develop in areas of speed, power and strength, both with and without the puck. I appreciate that they provide immediate feedback, correction and encouragement. Chris is helping our son realize his goals to perform at the competitive level, to work hard while having fun. Andre is an amazing teacher! Had a one hour slap shot training session and he completely changed my form. His teaching method is amazingly easy to follow as he breaks shot technique down into simple steps.100% would recommend to anyone looking to improve their shot technique!

They are such scammers! The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I registered my daughter for lessons to start Jan 2022. I received an email in early Jan 2022 regarding cancellation due to COVID, which is understandable. Emailed them end of Jan 2022 for updates and didn't hear back at all. I have to email them again in late Feb 2022, again no response. I emailed them again in early March, twice actually nothing again. I finally receive an email last week stating that they sent out emails 3 weeks ago and that classes have resumed. I certainly didn't receive any emails because if I did I wouldn't keep following up. I asked for a full refund as my daughter never attended any of their lessons and they won't issue it. I have reached out multiple times and heard nothing. I should not be penalized for their lack of communications and abysmal customer service.They don't even have a phone number for you to call! And their website is not secure meaning if you make a payment you can be hacked! I highly suggest signing your kids somewhere else.

My children loved this place and the teacher was very patient! They always had smiles when leaving the rink and always looked forward to their next session. 10/10 would register again!

Tails of a weary traveler....I had just spent a week away from home and on my way home due to 'technical issues' my first flight was delayed and I missed my connection. After hours of delays, with ramp issues, line ups for $10 meal voucher I finally found a hotel close to the airport in an industrial park and retired at 130 am. The airlines rebooked my flight for 9 pm the next night.With no amenities close by I headed out the local ice rink as it had a restaurant. There are Canlan Sports complexes across the country and having a hockey family we have seen a few over the years. This was the best one.A had found 'my people'. Multiple games going on at various levels and lots of family support for the participants, I felt so comfortable and just like I was home. 4/5 stars.The last star is for my server Anna, she actively listened to my troubles, provided much needed compassion and immediate friendship. It was a real pleasure to make a new friend.Glenn

My 11 year old daughter takes lessons with Dan, and she loves it. She is brand new, and he is really patient and is helping shape her love for skateboarding. Highly recommend!

Our son had a blast at this arena. He really enjoyed the small group session for the summer camp and had quite a little sweat going at the end! I was surprised how well he took to the synthetic ice as it didn't seem to phase him from ice hockey. Highly recommend.

Your Peak Performance Team is amazing. I have never seen such caring and supportive coaches as Ryan and Megan before. They motivate and challenge you to be the best version of yourself on the ice without any pressure or stress. As an adult who was new to figure skating with their help and support I was able to actually start skating, do jumps and even tried some pair skating. I will definitely recommend Your Peak Performance for adults and kids of all levels.
