I cannot say enough positive comments about these guys! here is why.First let me tell you how I arrived here. My galaxy 6 edge for some unknown reason would not let me unlock the phone( I have heard stories of phones doing this! scary!!!). Now I don't know about you but my whole life was on that phone from pictures I cared about to my schedule with important billing information, to texts that were needed for verification of certain conversations. And Yes I know I should have had a cloud backup and remote unlock on..my bad! Anyway after trying to find a local place I was referred to some guys in NY who said maybe they could unlock it but if the tried more that the 5 chances left the phone WAS GOING TO AUTO WIPE ITSELF!!!! It had gotten to that point after numerous tries by myself to unlock it. I almost went with those guys (glad I didn't!) when with one last search I found DATA RESCUE LABS. Talking with them they said they work with law enforcement and have access to programs to unlock the phone that most places don't. I felt comfortable with what they were saying and so I sent it off to Canada with nervousness hope ..will it make it there or get lost in the post office's system? Will it be ok crossing borders? Well in the end they unlocked it and sent it back and all my data was saved!!!!!! I was sweating bullets!!!! I have learned my lesson to back things up and if I run into some sort of similar problem I would have no problems sending it to these guys. Thanks again! Joe from Chicago
