Urology clinic

I was very disgruntled to see a sign in the waiting room of Kawartha Urology, warning patients the wait time could be upwards of one hour beyond the scheduled appt time. The sign went on to say that this was beyond their control. Seeing as how the clinic sets the appt times, they totally have control.We waited 55 mins beyond our appt time. A gentleman that came in well after us was ushered in to see our doctor before us, which was extremely disappointing.Dr. Hassan was pleasant enough, though not apologetic for the delay. He did crack a joke, but I was a little less pleasant than usual by this point.My family doctor's office never seems to have this waiting problem.

Dr. Tran has been honest and matter of fact with me through this entire process. I am grateful for his obvious skill and how obviously he cares about and takes seriously the health of his patients.Thank you Dr. Tran.

The information provided was incredibly beneficial and the healing was a bit faster than they suggested it might be. I would recommend them to anyone looking to halt any more additions to their family.

If I could give ten stars I would. Dr. Tisdale so, caring, relaxed. Doesn't rush me through appointments. My care has been great so far. And his receptionist is just as nice. She's straight forward and right to business, but will take time to listen if you need.

Awful service and awful staff, Don't even waste your time with this doctor he just will keep canceling and waste your time

Called for information on removing a Kidney Stone I have had for nearly 3 months. I have been to to two Hospital emergencies and seen two doctors, one of which is my family doctor. I need surgery. I was quoted consultation is $300. and $12,000 to remove the stone.

Dr. Rebel was absolutely cruel and unkind to me. She is dismissive and hurtful. Please anyone reading this check out her Rate MD reviews for lots of unfortunate and awful run ins with this doctor. She should be ashamed of how she treats people especially women who are in vulnerable situations. Retire Dr. Rebel!!!

I am so impressed! Compassionate care is consistently provided in a beautiful clinic by a very informative healthcare team. Excellent customer service and front desk staff. Nurse is very knowledgable and she made me feel safe and comfortable when talking about my very personal issues. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Every time I arrived I was greeted by name with a smile, I was offered tea, coffee or a drink. It was a relaxing place to fix my bladder leaks and it's non-invasive! So much better than many alternatives.
