My daughter found this salon for me, I went without any knowledge of what I expected. The young man who greeted me at the door was very warm and welcoming, which in itself was a very good impression. The person who treated and did my hair is for the lack of a better word... a gem. Thank you.

I took a friend of mine to Luxury Hair. Unbelievable variety with realistic wigs and toppers for all budgets. But the real luxury is how caring and helpful Jackie is. She is like a lifeboat for those who have been struggling with hair loss. Fabulous service. Top drawer.

Loved the easiness of the website and getting the product in my hands/ on my hair lol. I was impressed with how well the wig matched my hair colour.

Usually friendly and helpful, but it depends on who you get, sometimes they won't speak English. They tend to have what I need. Not always the cheapest prices but better than downtown. Good selection of units, extensions, haircare products and tools. I'm a return customer

I have to report this experience is EXCELLENT! Tamara was so professional, yet fun and very informative. I wasn’t in there to buy a wig cause I had to. I did because I wanted to. There is no pressure , very discreet sessions with the wigs that actually have names. All in all. I bought a wig and I’m excited to wear it and maybe come back for another. Thank you Tamara

I have been coming here for the better part of a year. I love coming here, it’s the only place I trust. The bad reviews are one in a million because the ladies here are respectful, hard working, and talented. They deserve more recognition! I would never go to any other salon. My extensions last months (which you should not leave them that long haha) but they never fall out and look impeccable. The hair quality is also absolutely amazing, especially for coloured/bleached extensions. I love this place and will always come back. Thank you for all your hard work !! I’m sorry to anyone who has had a bad experience, I apologize because I have never had one.
