I used Bid Buy to import our vehicle into the States during the pandemic. Due to the logistics, you need to fly down and then the car can be imported after you clear customs. Our flight was cancelled for one day, delayed the next, and then ended up arriving after Bid Buy was closed, late one Friday evening. Jayde and Frank were amazing through this process, as they were having to change their schedules to align with our flight arrival. Jayde was always accessible by phone to coordinate the ever changing logistics of the import, and was always accommodating.
