Applewood completed my gas line for the new pool heater. The job was done professional, and timely. Igli,(our techncian) was great. He was very pleasant and completed the job quickly with no issues, problems or complaints. We couldn't ask for a better company to have done this job for us. We will definitely tell all our friends to use Applewood in the future.

Terrible customer service. Called Thursday to have our oil tank filled as it was running low. Was told truck will be here Friday. Waited all day , NO SHOW. Called early evening and again was reassured delivery. NO DELIVERY! I emailed and called the following day. The first call to dispatch said a delivery was on its way…. This was Saturday morning. 2nd call was made later in the day and we were told to call back when tank is EMPTY… and they will send a truck asap…..I advised them by that evening we will have no oil left and send a truck now, we’ve been waiting since Thursday….NO ONE SHOWED UP SATURDAY….It is now 12:30 am MONDAY……we called as TANK IS EMPTY….dispatcher says he will pass on the call and we have to wait for a call back…. It’s 1:30 am …..no call as yet . TANK IS EMPTY. We’ve been dealing with Joseph Elie for over 30 years…..very dissatisfied….the stress that they have put us through.

I ordered a 450L Mazout for my heating furnace, They accidently" put in 512. Which is a difference of 60$. They are now calling me to pay up the 60$ that i owe them ? But i don't owe them. I paid for 450L not for 512. This is there error and not mine. They say they wont come get the extra gaz back and that i have to pay the bill. This is very illegal. I dont go around sending extra jewelry to my clients and then call them to tell them they owe me.Their customer service is the worse thing in the world. The lady on the phone was arrogant and rude. And for what 60$ that dont even go in her pocket? If you have other mazout options

Wish we would have read the recent reviews before sending them money, they are 5 days late on our oil and haven’t responded to any messages. Would be understandable if they’d just answer their phone. Like a similar reviewer, our bank says we should file a police report for the e-transfer they accepted. Hopefully they will respond before it gets to that point, but seems highly unlikely since this isn’t an isolated incident.

I did use at home heating fuel’s and those guys were awesome. But ever since I drove by the dependable fuel sign a few years ago I’ve been using dependable fuel. You get a three cent discount per litre if you mention the online ad. This guy who owns this business Jason, is really customer oriented. Super guy to talk to always willing to help. There didn’t used to be a minimum oil charge but sadly people abuse that so now there is a minimum of 200 but that being said, the man will not leave you stuck with no oil. I just got home after ordering oil and I literally found a gift card stapled to my invoice. Is a $10 gift card that I can use against my next oil purchase. Who the heck does that these days I’ve never seen an oil company do that, I am so impressed I’m gonna do everything I damn Can to make sure that everybody I know orders oil from this place. Top-notch in every single way. I highly recommend this company and I think that if you start going to this company you will not go back

Very poor customer service. Do not show up on scheduled dates and service agents treat us with total disrespect when called for expected delivery. We were customers with them for over 30 years and the service has deteriorated drastically over the last 10 years.
