Nous avons fait appel à David pour la location de notre condo.Tout c'est très bien passé.David était toujours disponible et nous a apporté de précieux conseils.

Positive side: Location (close to all you need) - Safety (very safe building and area) - Cleanses (building is very clean) - No noises (walls are strong and you don’t hear neighbors) - Pool - Sonna -Gym - Purchase price.Negative side: Outside parking .

Terrible experience... stopped in to get a quote for a new back lite sign. Was told by a lady behind a glass pation to take a card and email that person.I did so , took days to get a response... called back a week or so later and was told to send yet another email. Finally got a call back and was told to measure my store front and send them the measurements... so ya climb a ladder 8ft in the air and measure... ya No. finally weeks later got a call from the owner ....telling me “ Not too worry ...I got you. That was two weeks ago and never heard another word. Terrible service. 1 star is too much to be honest.So disappointed....

8 Silver Maple Court in Brampton - the best building with wonderful staff. Once again, a maintenance request was completed within a couple of hours with no fuss or muss. In fact, it was completed while we were still sleeping. To everyone who works here, thank you.

New, modern and beautiful area with incredible views. However, very pricey and wouldn't allow my very expensive bikes to be kept in the apartment.
