Fertility clinic

I chose this clinic for two reasons. The first is that it is close to home less than 10 minutes away and 2nd my good friend had come last year to have colonoscopy and gastroscopy done and was very pleased with the process. As I have nothing else to compare it to all I can say is I was extremely happy. My family doctor sent in the referral , the following day I was called and had an appointment one week later with Dr Tassis. I work as a pharmacist in a busy medical clinic located next to the markham Stouffville hospital so have lots of experience with the bowel preps used as well as know many physicians personally who perform the procedure so had many choices . I also know that reading reviews online can sometimes sway people away from a certain clinic or physician since in my experience most people only want to post negative comments and not when things are positive. They suggested Moviprep as the bowel prep and it was very easy to take - not a large volume and the effects were not too harsh so step one - the preparation went smoothly. I arrived for my 915 am appointment and was greeting by receptionist who was quite pleasant and was given some documents to fill out - a few pages but that was to be expected. I was taken in shortly after to area to change and once ready was promptly wheeled in to the room where procedure was to be done. A nurse set up the IV and Dr Tassis came in to greet and explain the process. Shortly thereafter the anesthetist came in to start the sedation . The next thing I remember was waking up and being greeted by the nurse to tell me it was over. Once I was fully awake and dressed Dr Tassis came in to give my results and I was allowed to leave. I went to waiting area while my wife was called to collect me. the entire process was about two hours . No discomfort at all and I went home relieved that I had finally had this done after delaying for the past five years. Overall was totally impressed and will go back again in five years based on family history . Thank you .

I have had an amazing experience thus far at the clinic, especially with Allyson and Courtney A. - they have made us feel not only taken care of, but are so responsive to questions and help you understand your diagnosis and way forward. If I could have them for my PCP, I would! I am so glad I got assigned to be their patient because it has made a GREAT first impression of fertility practices for me :)

I have been seeing Liza for close to 8 months now. She takes the time at the start of each session getting to know where I am at mentally and physically. This helps her identify the blockages and what channels to open up.She's really helping me get re-connected to my body more.

Heather is very knowledgeable and cares deeply about her clients! She is always very friendly and goes out of her way to seek out answers from doctors if the questions are not in her area of expertise! As a single woman myself, she is able to cater the Creighton method to more of an eduction of my body, rather than achieving pregnancy. Highly recommend her!

Went there for my Day 3 appointment for blood, Urine and ultrasound test. All the tests were conducted on time. No wait. Reception, lab and ultrasound technician (Milda) were great. Facility is very clean, washroom are super clean. All it took was approx. 40 mins to get all the tests done. I will update my review post other visits.

They booked a patient every 5 minutes; the nurses needs 10 minutes for every vaccine; end result : 1h30 of waiting time. Piece of advice: show up late! Worst clinic ever

I love her passion for whatever topic she decides to take on! Her enthusiasm is contagious! She has so much wonderful knowledge to share, and her vulnerability is always on point!

Update: I filed an official complaint with the manager Zani. I’m very happy with regards to how they handle my complaint. My message not only send to the person with misconduct, but they also being proactive and based on my case to start implementing new standard procedures to avoid future confusion. A tips, if you do not speak English, other than the interpreter you would like to bring with you, you may also ask them if there is any staff speak your language at this location. It might help you out in the process since there will be less confusion with your mother tongue. For what the management level did and for the really helpful morning staff, I’m changing my one star rate to five. Following are my original comment. If it’s Dr. Ann Shin, run people run! She’s the rudest person we ever experienced. My dad was there for a nuclear test, we specifically told the doctor he had a surgery not long ago and cannot do treadmill. But Ann lied saying the doctor’s referral notes says he’s here to do the treadmill test. I called the specialist and they told me they didn’t send treadmill request. We tried to accommodate this Ann and went on the treadmill but after 2 mins my dad felt hard to breath and she told him to just laid down right away. Even with no medical background, I know in his condition, lying down right away will make it even harder to breath. Without any explanation, she said do you want to finish the test or not and for sure we were thinking no more treadmill. So we said we cannot complete this. But later a nice lady explained to us saying she meant to continue with the chemical injection part. Which no one told us. So we said we can continue but the nice lady checked at the back and said Ann was gone. At 2pm in the afternoon. Yes, very convincing. The morning lady was really really nice, thoughtful and explain everything in details. This Ann, OMG, the rudest person we ever see. Once she heard we cannot do treadmill her attitude turn right down. Why do you have to treat people this rude way and ruin others and yourself the day? We wasted the whole day getting nothing done. We hope nobody get treated like this in the future. I’m going to give her a one star rate on rateMDs well. If you know where else I may file my complaint, please also let me know. Outrages right now for being treated like this.

She didn’t even help me at all. It was very rushed. she didn’t even give other suggestions. She basically said it is what it is. I don’t even give 1 stars but they need to switch allllll the workers in there. They all seem miserable:( someone save them

Dr. Arseneau and his team are amazing. He said to me, if you give me 6 weeks I will have you feeling the best you have ever felt and he was right! I am so grateful. Getting to the root cause of my health challenges has been a game changer. Finally a doctor who listens and actually cares. Care that focuses on the whole person and the why not the what of your health challenges. If you have been suffering, don’t walk, run to Dr. A and suffer no more. It has been life changing for me and I hope it can be for you.
