I have used Penometal Design and Fabrication Ltd on a couple different jobs now. I have found Ali great to deal with. The work was very good and completed on schedule. I have recommended him to fellow builders.

Would be Negative Stars, if that were possible.Avoid this business if you expect any results, despite what he promises.Was in urgent need of a simple, custom, aluminum ramp to allow a family member to come home from the hospital.I called several shops, most were very clear they could not meet my timeline. Called FCF and got no answer, so moved on with my calls.Chris repeated called me back (several missed calls on my part while dealing with a lot of different issues) and when I spoke to him and outlined my needs, he told me he could ABSOLUTELY meet my timeline.Sent him a clear, simple drawing showing that a 1.8 m x 0.6 m plate would need four cuts and four bends and that would be it.He promised a quote that day and that it would be fabbed by the end of the next day.No quote that day, repeated calls finally got him to answer and he apologized and committed to have a quote, and once accepted, fab the ramp within 24 hours.After this, he has disappeared. Nothing, NADA, ZIP, Zero.Other business were straight up, telling me their timeline or simply declining the work. Someone who lies to you is worse than useless.

PSB has just completed two buildings for us and they are fantastic.Dennis and his crew were great right from the start of design until the last piece was in place. Iris construction was so attentive and we’re able to help us when all the other contractors were quoting higher budgets. If it wasn’t for Iris I wouldn’t be in business and be able to open my clinic doors.
