This title company messed up a refinance and didnt pay a $20,000 lein from skagit whatcom housing . A year later after my divorce a lawyee reaches out saying i have to sign over the title or they will foreclose. I signed over they said i had 6 months to pay the balance by May. I couldnt refinace again bad credit tried everything asked for help they told me going forward with foreclosure . I was forces to sell my home i build and lived in 15 years raising three kids . Only profited enough to live in single wide trailer now . Horrible frightening experience . I hope no family goes through them or Sabrina Linman she was with Highlands Mortgage at the time
