In all of my many years of boating, the Van Isle Marina in Sidney BC on Vancouver Island is the best managed marina that I have ever seen. Impeccable facilities, moorage for 100’+ yachts down to small fishing boats, always helpful and alert staff, 24 hour video security, full service boatyard, large dry stowage yard, two sided fuel dock, Canada Customs dock, pumpout dock, laundry, showers and the best restaurant in town all located just 15 minutes from Victoria International Airport (YYJ) and on the door step to one of the best cruising grounds on Earth. Our Quality Time Remaining couldn’t be higher!

Delightful marina on Cortez Island. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Great restaurant at top of ramp. The little store was surprisingly well stocked for being on a remote island. Clean bathrooms, showers and laundry. Convenient fuel dock.

Where else can you gas up, buy a loved one some flowers, get the mail AND some really cute home decor items, jewelry and purses?! This little gem of Oakville is a must-stop if you're passing through. Even if you hadn't planned on passing through, it's worth the few short miles off the TransCanada to pop in for gas and a peek at all the lovely things!

This place is always clean. It is a co-op and they have more grocery then the average garage. They also have 3 types of soup every day and they are great.

Love that Coop offers free air to fill tires. Huge shout out to the fellow that changed out the connection valve for me seeing the previous user had mangled it beyond use. It was a bit of a wait but worth it. I like using their car wash too but will never use their gas, my car doesn't like it, otherwise they'd get 5 stars.

We absolute love Maple Bay Marina. Very friendly and helpful team. Shipyard is a good restaurant for lunch, dinner or drinks. The hiking trail system above the marina is awesome. Great trails in the woods and spectacular views. Put Maple Bay on your cruising itinerary!

I was there at 9:20pm and waiting for the door to open and it says they close at 10 pm. I honk once so that they can notice me and and i saw the guy who work there run to switch off the lights. Bad service!
