Roselina was fantastic. I called her on the afternoon of December 6th b/c the lawyer I had lined up for the sale of my condo in Airdrie told me moments prior he was not in the office of the day of my closing. Do you know how many law firms close early on Fridays? Well let me just say she was the 1st one on the list that was open when I Google Real Estate Lawyer Edmonton. As I read her website and saw she offered early evening appointments I thought this would be perfect as my husband works for the city and does not have a set schedule. She was very responsive when I called or sent her an email. I have never sold a home before so I was clueless on the process. My husband visited her office prior to my visit based on his schedule and I was there on Friday the 13th to sign my portion. I signed the paperwork and gave her my bank draft and was there maybe for 20 min. When we are ready to purchase a home here in Edmonton we will use her again 100%!

I took a major fall approximately 9 months ago and I'm still having to have procedures done on my arm I called Nixon Wenger to get some assistance to deal with the superstore where I fell on the ice I spoke at length with a young lady and she said somebody will call me back a month-and-a-half later nobody called me back I called them and spoke with the same lady she was pretty indignant to me asking what took you so long why didn't you call me back?? Her answer was Lawyers get busy sometimes with no apology!!! And then she said they couldn't take my case because of conflict of interest didn't explain anything else and offered no apology... all they had to do was call me back that's what I good business practice would do!!

Karen was amazing! She was outstanding to work with, and helped us purchase our home this month. She took time to answer our questions, and went out if her way to ensure a timely and easy acquisition. She is professional, easy going, and goes the extra mile for her clients.
