Visited recently from Philadelphia. Fantastic food, great facilities, and wonderful people.

At least the food is terrible.

COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER!The PRO's:* It's on site if you are there for training, etc.* Ample parking.* Many amenities (gym, food, pub, etc.)* Hotel front desk staff are consistantly good in terms of customer service.* Shopping / market and restaurants nearby for everything from groceries to any kit shopping.* The cleaning staff does a great job all around, from the rooms to the general grounds.The CON's:* Security at the site can be hit/miss, one female guard who usually sits at the entrance of the dining hall needs an attitude check. Often short in her responses and escalation is definitely a strength of hers(on at least 3 occasions interacting with her).* The food at the dining hall is a range between tolerable and disgusting. The staff should take mroe pride in serving those who serve and if it's a budgetary thing, FIX IT! (Side note: the guy who makes custom omeletes in the mornings is a rockstar and hwo the rest of the food crew should be).* The buildings, dorms, rooms are like stepping back in time. The Tv's have two settings (work or NOT work), as do the HVAC units in the rooms.Overall this is a good place given the purpose it serves. That being said though, it certainly deserves a facelift which would have a direct and positive impact on the learning environment to those attending.

Nice place, the dorms need better heating and wifi though. Awesome food in the mess hall.
