Emergency care physician

i wish i could give more than 5 stars. i’ve been here so many times for myself and my kids. i absolutely love all the staff there, they are friendly, fast and it’s very clean!last week i took my 6 year old in for the stomach bug, he was throwing up and just not himself. kate i believe her name was, she was amazing. you can tell she actually cares.yesterday i took my two boys in for strep throat and the other one got his finger slammed in the door. she was very quick to give my son tylenol for his temperature and make sure he was feeling better before we left. my son got his finger glued and she talked him through it all.love love love this place!!

This is my first experience with this clinic. What a simple, seamless, efficient way to register and book appointments. I phoned the receptionist to get clarification and she was kind and prompt. I have a good feeling about this clinic and already have confidence in the doctors. Thank you.

Always a great place, I have been going here since I had my first tooth, so that's over 43yrs.My twin sis and I had our pictures hanging there for years in the 80's.Though I'm unsure when my original dentist Dr. Allen left, I was met with one dentist and another within the last year, and honestly I don't know any of the staff anymore but everyone was really nice.I actually just wish the Doctor's introduced themselves as I've never seen them before and don't even know their names.My only problem was the quote I was given on the phone was $170 I ended up paying $50 more at the end of my service.

Terrible service. It's impossible to talk to anyone on the phone in under 15 minutes even if it's to schedule an appointment with your family doctor (that you've been with for years). Don't call close to 4PM or the receptionists will put you on hold until 4PM and then cut you off because they close - happened to me way too often.

They Called an hour before my appointment to tell me reception made a mistake and to reschedule. Rude and unprofessional service. Left to little lake optometry much better serviceResponse to their responseNo. 1st I don't have a son I have a daughter2nd this did not happen i was called half hour before saying it is canceled3rd i found a new optometrist who saw us days later and had found problems this optometrist previously brushed off and now the specialist is wondering why Shaw optometry hadn't done more.

I had an emergency referral from a family physician and I provided it to them through email exactly 2 months ago! Today they are asking for my phone number to book an appointment for me! while I already found another gynaecologist who is urgently operating on my case this upcoming week! Very disappointing.

I can not thank the staff at Grace Hospital enough for looking after me during my hip replacement recovery. To the doctors, nurses and full staff, thanks for everything. You are truly the best.

As a Health Care worker I set the bar high regarding care! Dr. Oksana and Dr. Alex are a blessing in our City! The clinic is well run with friendly efficient Staff willing to go the extra mile. Many thanks for the care to all of them.

The doctor and the receptionist were fine, but I can only give a one star because of the nurse or nurses aid (Julie Cauchon). I have never been spoken to by anyone in such an arrogant way. She is on some kind of power trip. I believe she has chosen the wrong career.

From the moment I happened upon Thrive medical clinic and making my first appointment, I was met with friendly and welcoming receptionists who were extremely helpful and got me right in the next morning. Dr. Kahn was exceptional and was not only helpful and kind but spent a very long time listening to my extremely complicated medical history. He put me at ease. The office is beautiful and clean and the staff is lovely. I am so lucky and grateful to have found this place especially during these very difficult times in finding a physician.Thank you Thrive for accepting me as a new patient ❤️
