It's not the worst to stop at. Three stars is because the staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The biggest issue is if you go in after 7:00 in the morning there's no breakfast food and they don't restock it. Tried to get breakfast around 8:00 the last few times I've went in there and there's never any food. The showers are always good and clean and they have enough to accommodate.

Such a scam. Looks nice from the outside, but bathroom is always gross. There is never any staff so you have to hunt someone down to make a purchase. The last time I drove by gas was 12 cents more than the Shell and Co-Op. Go to Shell or Co-Op, never here.

The team including the manager reserved a vip spot for me over the phone, which I didn't need and got it cancelled. You can tell everyone was overwhelmed and tired because of the storm surge. However, they were still upbeat and supportive. You guys are awesome.

Would not go here again. After putting over 700 liters of fuel in my truck I was told that I could not park there for more than 4 hours. I explained that I was out of hours to drive the lady told me I still had to leave. I will fuel in Kamloops from now on. I know I can stay there overnight.

While traveling through with my Dad who was struggling to walk, we stopped at this facility. As we came up to the entrance to the building the cashier saw us moving slowly and went back and unlocked and opened the washroom door. The washroom was clean, spacious and easy to get to. Thank you Petro-Pass for your help when we needed it.
