I am forever grateful to the Right at Home Home Care Ottawa team for providing my family with peace of mind regarding the well-being of our elderly parents. From the outset, Cheryl has been responsive and kind. She is a calming presence when life gets hectic and she skillfully manages to arrange regular visits as well as last minute care when the need arises. The RAH caregivers go above and beyond our expectations (shout-out to Megan) and are truly integral in allowing Mom and Dad to remain in their home. Thank you Right at Home Home Care Ottawa.

Care Life Fleetwood
My Grandma was transferred here from the hospital a week ago. The staff are not only very negligent in their care, but now they're saying that her room has been rented out and she has to go. Get this though, theFraser Health Authority clearly states that the patient is entitled to seven (7) weeks minimum, for proper rehabilitation. This place is a fricken' joke, but nobody's laughing. Heartless

Hospice Niagara
My father was brought here to rest before he passed away. The people at this hospice are warm and caring. They made my fathers remaining hours on this earth comfortable and dignified. They are both sympathetic and accommodating to the grieving families that enter. I am in awe of their warmth and compassion.

Just went to do Interview with a coordinator. It is a great and peaceful place. Team is great. Cathy is a great personality. She is so thoughtful person. Everyone here is really care about what they are doing for.I wish I could gave them more than 5 stars.
