Queens Pharmacy (Compounding Pharmacy)
The staff tries their best to accommodate the patients needs. They have tailored solutions to patients needs. I was looking for a home healthcare product that I couldn't find at any pharmacy. Sandra the pharmacist here put a lot of effort in locating the product and getting it in store. I noticed too that their prices are cheaper than other places. Highly recommended.

I.D.A. - I Care Pharmacy
Mike looks after our family’s prescriptions! So glad I found them when he opened. I highly recommend iCare Pharmacy on 11 Speedvale Ave. E., in Guelph. I love the personal touch.

Smith's Compounding Pharmacy
It took two weeks to get just a tube of shaving cream. Nobody had called when it came in like they said they would. I found it sitting on the shelf. If I hadn’t gone in I would still be waiting. The message on the phone says leave a message and we will call back. Nobody calls back. When I asked about these things they said that they are too busy.I’ll stick to Shoppers or Walmart.

Pharmacy Department of London Drugs
We normally love London Drugs as we go to several locations throughout the Lower Mainland. This particular location lacks in good old fashioned Customer Service. The Pharmacy is horrendous. In a recent visit, the male pharmacist was exceedingly rude (barked his answers and kept his head down)...plus we noticed that the staff do not watch lineups to ensure each and every person is waited on first come first served. They just look after whoever is belligerent enough to jump lines. The staff don't seem to have managed these types of longer lineups and/or quick questions that could avoid customer issues. The Cosmetics Dept is excellent, the Customer Service/Returns sections ...just as bad as Pharmacy - although the people working in the back are lovely. This place just does not compare to other London Drugs stores in our humble opinion....which is why, thank goodness, we do not have our pharmaceuticals dispensed there.

The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy
Without exaggeration, Francis and Maureen at the Medicine Shoppe provided the best medical experience I have ever had in London. I have seen countless healthcare professionals in the city and have never felt more heard or cared for than when I visited this pharmacy.I went in to fill prescription for something I'd been avidly treating for almost two years and was given more information than the 5 (yes 5) doctors and specialists I had seen before. Even better, Francis took the initiative to do additional research for me and later contacted me to explain the situation even more while offering more options for treatment going forward. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Rexall
Yesterday we spend some sixty dollars at Rexall. Still, we were charged ten cents for a small paper bag! This must be Rexalls most profitable item, 99% markup.Really guys, it is not the lousy dime, but the suspicion of what else are you nickel and dimming your customers with. It may be time to try another drugstore.Walter Kuitert

Loblaw Pharmacy
Much cheaper prices then Safeway. And you are no longer able to receive PC Optimum points, in Alberta you are not able to get any type of reward for a pharmacy purchase, which I am very much against! We are sick, at least let us get something positive out of having to purchase a medication! I do notice that it takes them a bit longer to get prescriptions, but the price makes it worth it.
