I recently purchased an Australian saddle from Outback Saddles and am very pleased with both the product and the service. Before ordering, I exchanged numerous emails with Amber. She always replied promptly and she answered all my questions. I sent her the wither tracings etc. for my horse as well as my own measurements. The saddle arrived quickly and fit both me and my horse perfectly. I would buy from this company again and I would definitely recommend it.

DO NOT PAY UP FRONT!! make a deposit and see what his work is like, YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK. The drunk natives downtown could have done better work. He might be alright for a simple bag or case but he SUCKS at leather work overall. Didn't finish any edges, super messy stitching. The piece was twisted and warped but he made zero attempt to fix it only excuses. He will lie and give you excuses when the real tools are cheap. I went straight to Tandy Leather at 30 Mandalay Drive to invest the money I got back so I can do the job right myself. THIS GUY IS A HACK!!

I've been going to this salon for 2 years now. Never normally have an issue, and I tend not to complain. But it's also frustrating to leave a nail salon with poorly done nails, especially since you're paying for it. I find that if you decline a manicure, they rush through your nails. I usually just get shellac done on my natural nails, and on at least 6-7 occasions, I've had the top coat turn into a yellowish/white colour after a day...doesn't even look like I got my nails done. This salon also does not follow proper sanitation procedures. My technician rinsed" off the cuticle trimmer in my dirty manicure water and put it back in her drawer. It just seems like every time I go here there's some issue or another. Extremely unimpressed with my last visit. I will not be visiting this location again."
