Apartment complex

We have been here in a 1+1 for 3 years and find building to be clean and well kept. Any issues (minor) have been addressed by Sandy, Amy and Jason and we are very glad to have friendly good reliable assistance from them.No issues with bugs or major appliance issues. Happy with building, only sorry we lost the 24 concierge BUT the mgnt is now next to front door so someone always available if needed.

While visiting family I am always impressed with the upkeep at their building. The halls and doors are old but kept clean and working well. The pools are always super clean and very well maintained.

This place saved my life when I left my ex. They moved me in right away, and always made me feel safe and secure. Great location. also, I LOVE LINAS!!!!

Williams & McDaniel Property Management has only ever provided a helpful experience and exceptional service. Our building manager Penny is professional, helpful, and personable in assisting my partner and I in all our needs and constantly going above and beyond. She is on top of communication, both in timely responses to direct messages and informing the building of any notices allowing all residents plenty of time to be alerted. She has made our experience pleasant from the beginning, we are very thankful for her and this management company!

We have been residing here for a while now. I just have a few things to say. The management is unprofessional, and completely biased. They have their own way of making policies and then applying them only to certain respective residents. I am very unhappy by their unethical behaviour. In addition, if you make a request they straight disagree or disregard any views you may have. Hence, I do not recommend 10 Lisa street for a rental apartment to individual's who want to have a peaceful life and breathe.

I have lived here 7 years and the amount of secondary personnel turn over is huge. I hope Nancy and Jarvis stay. I find they're very polite with all tenants and work very hard at keeping all the buildings clean, they are very professional at their jobs.

The lighting in my condo is a particular highlight, they've carefully planned how many spots are positioned to help reduce glare and how those lights are placed to emphasize vertical spaces.

We have lived at Elata for 16 months. During the worst of the pandemic we were unable to have an in-person tour (moved from Edmonton) but Tim took us on a FaceTime tour and the photos were also helpful. In the end I narrowed it down to two and I'm so glad we chose Elata.The other building (which shall remain nameless) had nice looking (smaller) suites, but no FaceTime tour AND the reviews were terrible. E. G. - the walls are like paper, management is unresponsive, several break-ins.The amenities and the building in general are wonderful and beautifully maintained.We use the QuadReal app for all maintenance requests and the response is amazing. For an issue that is of any urgency (smoke detector beeping) the response is immediate. More mundane requests are still dealt with in a timely manner.The staff in the office are exemplary.Now - particularly Emily and Autumn. These women are so pleasant, professional and responsive to all needs of the residents.Also previously Tim (who I understand has been promoted to a regional position) and Jay. Since they deal with not only Elata but also all Glenmore Gardens propertiesThe rent is a little higher than we were wanting pay but the value is there as the building itself is great, we are close to so many things (shopping, walking, JCC, banking, medical and dental).Another thing we love is the diversity of the building. There's young, old, people of colour, babies, teens,and toddlers.The most important thing is WE FEEL SAFE and you can't put a price on that! There is also a nightly patrol by a security person that is very reassuring.To conclude - choose Elata and you'll be glad you did!

Very nice representative was able to pay my rent on a Sunday because he was working.
