Airport parking lot

The lot is a tight mess to park in and the shuttle is so slow. Add at least an hour to travel time on either end. Any repeat complaints to them will just be met with repeated promises that the shuttle will be there any minute. The service is not unkind but rather disaffected and weary. Tip: when you call for a pickup, press #1 for pickup instructions and wait for that to repeat a couple of times to talk to someone. If you press #3 to ask for the pickup it’ll just put you in a hold music.

This review is for Economy Car Rental. Please, please do yourself a favor and turn back. You’ll either miss your flight waiting for the shuttle or miss other events you’ve planned for the day. After waiting close to 2hrs in the line to get our rental, we were told they didn’t have the type of car we reserved. But fortunately they found the replacement. And then it took another 30mins for the car to arrive. Due to this delay, we had to cancel some of the activities we had to do that evening. This place is poorly run, mismanaged and a disaster. Stay away even if their prices seem enticing.

You can rent the budget rental car for affordable price, but they will try to collect more money from you through extra insurance and other hidden costs. Overall it’s still cheaper than the mainstream rental companies but the overall experience is very average. By the way, you need to take shuttle/train to get to this location from airport and getting here could be quite confusing especially during late hours.

No major problems. Had a bit of trouble finding where the shuttle picks up at the end of my trip and we couldn't get a hold of anyone to help direct us, so marked down one star for not being able to connect to customer service.

The service was quite slick but I wasn't keen about the valet parking. I'd rather park my own car and take my keys. Anyway, I left my car but when I returned, I found that they left the car in neutral with no handbrake on. It could have rolled into something or someone. Perhaps the drivers need more training on the basics of parking a car.

This review is for Economy rent a car. The other negative reviews are accurate. The shuttle took one hour to pick us up from the airport despite them telling us 3 times 10-15 minutes. The driver was purposely making us wait. The service is awful and there are hidden fees that were marked in tiny font at the very bottom of the terms and conditions. They do not have enough cars for everyone renting so you have to wait even longer for them to get a car to you. They are unprofessional and dishonest. Do not recommend.

I have read through several of the reviews because of my experience today. It seems that the drop off is fine. The pick up shuttle is a nightmare. The ticket that is given does not have jetset name on it if you take the valet priority. Called the number to ask where the shuttle will pick us up and they set door 7. Nope, door 9. I wasted over a half an hour with this false information. I finally make it to the pick up point to other annoyed, cold passengers who have all called for the shuttle to come and have been waiting a long time in the cold and some with children like myself. Again this is not the only post stating this. The shuttle is not well Marked at all which is confusing and frustrating. Dear jetset your communication with your customers needs to improve. While waiting the other parking shuttles had several buses to pick up passengers and were well marked. I told the workers at the desk about my frustration in hopes that they improve for their customers. I am going to try a different park and fly next time as there is choice and not a monopoly. I hope some improvements are made as jet set is closest to the airport. Communication (better signs, tickets etc) and shuttle improvements please.

DO NOT PARK HERE! It does not let you post without giving at least 1 star, but they truly deserve 0 stars. The airport shuttle they speak of is shared with multiple hotels and goes to every part of the airport. We arrived at 3:55 am for our domestic flight at 6 am. The airport shuttle did not arrive until 4:30 and stopped at 2 different hotels for additional pick ups prior to dropping off at the Shell airport then the international airport. Needless to say we arrived at our gate 5 minutes prior to boarding. Not impressed! The pick up to return to our vehicle was similar. Waited 20 minutes for a driver who stopped at multiple stops prior to ours. Had I known this, we would have spent the extra few dollars for jet set where customers are the priority. However, the gas station attendant does not answer any questions until he has your prepayment. And is less than helpful after payment is given!

I want to start off by saying that out of all the aiport parking I have booked with this company previously, the issue I encountered early in the morning was one that could have been avoided, resolved in some way even, if customer service reps are properly trained even in basic provision of customer satisfaction.I have booked and paid 4 days worth of parking but regrettably I put in an exit time 11 hours earlier than what would I have been entitled to as I have not anticipated a flight delay as lengthy as the one we had. The booking was technically booked for June 26 @3:30 am entry and June 29 @4:00pm exit. If a mock booking were to be done, you would see that the same price applies if I have keyed in an exit time for June 30 @3:30 am, which I tried explaining to the customer service rep, clearly reconfirming my statement that I have booked for 4 days so an extra charge really should not be enforced. We exited on June 30 at around 2:30am for context. Customer service basically told us non-verbatim that it's on me that I haven't booked for the full 96 hours and proceeded to charge us $1.75 more than the amount previously showing on the screen. From $10.50, we paid $12.25 instead after less than 10 mins of having customer service on the help line. I have expressed my wishes to get a cordial settlement for this issue thru BBB, no matter how little the amount is on deck, in the hopes that I and many others would never encounter issues like this again and for customer service reps to get a refresher training for proper customer interaction, which should not include taunting, gaslighting or power tripping the customers.Note to all patrons that we should book for the full amount of hours we are entitled to in order to avoid giving this business an excuse to take more money from customers unnecessarily based off a technicality when you have already paid sufficiently, a lesson I learned the hard way. If I were redirected to proper channels to discuss the issues I had, I have a feeling this review wouldn't have made it here. I strongly feel that customer service is a vital aspect in a thriving business. I can't stress enough on how important it is to consider retraining. Thank you.

Before COVID this was our preferred parking location-excellent service, timely shuttles and courteous staff. Since COVID, we have parked here a handful of times, which was a handful too many. There is no customer service, the shuttles are very limited, and the staff do little to interact. Today, for example, it took 25 mins to get a shuttle to the airport for pickup and this was after a number of calls from several passengers. It was frustrating watching multiple shuttles from the other service providers come and go as we stood there. Though we were hopeful things would improve, it seems that JetSet is going to continue operating this way. It is with regret that we will be taking our business elsewhere.
