Rheumatologist

The reception is great minus the fact they made my aunt (her appointment) and I waited an hour for the appointment. Dr. Papneja is blatantly disrespectful and needs to be trained in basic professionalism. She walked in to the exam room asked what medicine my aunt was taking and immediately walked out and went to the patient with a later appointment and then spent another hour there while we waited for her to return. Furthermore she did not listen to my aunts concerns about her medicine rather she just repeatedly demean her for not following her instructions despite the fact that her doctor had advised her against taking that medicine. She also will talk to her computer screen the entire time she is in the room with you. Basic humanity is not present here. She condescendingly repeatedly said as i told you last time" when ever she ever suggested something for her care."

Terrible would be a huge understatement when describing dr" Dostrovski I have serious doubts this guy got his credentials from a real establishment. He needs to be looked Into by the medical board to say the least."

Dr. Rai is very knowledgeable in his field of practice. Although busy, during my visit, he gave me sufficient time. He listened to me patiently about my symptoms and analyzed them carefully. He gave me his opinion in detail and explained the treatment plan.The office staff was very helpful as well.I would highly recommend Dr. Rai to anyone who may require his services.

The front desk receptionists have never been kind or welcoming to me. I dread coming into the office or calling because every time I have to speak to them, they are unbelievably rude. It’s such a bummer having to come in for appointments.

I’ve had a positive experience with this clinic. In particular, Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and thorough. I was referred to the clinic with a complicated situation and treated with upmost respect. The staff are also very attentive and helpful. Thank you for supporting all Canadians!

I’ve been hesitant to post a review for a very long time but I don’t want to keep quiet any longer. I was referred to Dr. Makhzoum by a walk-in clinic doctor mid covid in 2020 as my family doctor wasn’t taking patients unless it was an emergency, hence why I used the walk in…Long story short, Dr. Makhzoum diagnosed me with Ankylosing Spondylitis and prescribed me numerous different medications (prednisone, humira, cortisone shot…) the list goes on. I did not see any improvements with any of these medications, and every time I would express this, he would just prescribe me more medications or recommend I go to physio. I would get blood work done every 3 months before seeing him and each time my WBC would be sky rocketed and other concerning levels would come back as well. I felt very rushed every appointment I had, I couldn’t be in his offer no more than 20 minutes.I eventually asked my family doctor for a new referral to a different rheumatologist. Turns out, Dr. Makhzoum wrongly diagnosed me. After new MRI’s, bloodwork, CT scans with my new rheumatologist — It is proven that I was wrongly diagnosed and was being prescribed medications I NEVER had to be on. This has delayed me receiving the appropriate medications and help for the past 2 years. I would not recommend this doctor unless you want to feel rushed, embarrassed and that your concerns and questions are not welcomed.

Excellent specialist. If you get the chance to see Dr. Lyddell, count yourself lucky. Highly educated, intelligent, and straight forward. I have been to multiple specialists seeking diagnosis for the last 18 years, the last 2 years more intensely as my symptoms progressed. Dr. Lyddell is the first doctor who actively listened and knew exactly what to test for and how to interpret the results. I am finally going to receive help due to his diligence. He has literally gone above and beyond for us. Could not be more grateful.His receptionist is amazing as well, very friendly and extremely helpful, she also went above and beyond for us.

Even since my daughter was an infant, I have been so grateful that she has such a smart, caring doctor who clearly respects the children she treats. Dr Danayan is the best doctor… thorough, an exceptional communicator, warm and on the ball.

Very disappointed....I went first to visit the clinic to treat suns spots. I did my research first and there is many options for different budgets. Well when I first arrived, Sassi the owner was there and I tried to explained her what eas my concerns... she quickly said, oh this girl will andwer your questions" and left... I just felt very pushy and finally the lady suggested the most expensive laser traitments snd couldn't really explained me the procedure. I went to another clinic

Been trying to call and reschedule my appointment they cancelled (within hours of the app and over email, not even a phone call) for weeks... Still no one answering phones. And I am locked out of booking online?? How am I supposed to see my family doctor if the staff wont even pick up the phones.
