Flooring store

I was so happy with the job that Mike the Carpet Guy did on our former home. I called around and Mike’s prices couldn’t be beat — even by places that claim they’ll beat anybody. We needed to replace carpeting before we sold and they not only had great carpet at a great price, but the install was so efficient and well done. They were able to accommodate a short turnaround and were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Mike was out of town when we got our carpet installed and he called me after he got back to make sure everything went great. You won’t be disappointed with Mike the Carpet Guy!

We purchased flooring a few years ago from this store and when we recently needed flooring for our newly renovated basement we naturally returned to Global Alliance for the second time. Again, we were not disappointed!Although we had an idea of what we were looking for before we went to the store Iwona offered us a great product selection, she certainly knows her products! We purchased our flooring and our trim and upon telling our neighbours, they also purchased trim at the same time!Our next project is tiling and your store will be our first place to visit as we start to look around for tiles!

Sorry, not this particular store, but the company as a whole is terrible. Zero quality customer service when trying to deal with a purchased item that's beyond late and only offer a 10% discount on a future order worth no more than $100, but would have to call and be put on hold for 20 minutes before getting a discount hold for said future purchase.

This is a smallish Rona but Is well stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And they're open till 9 just about every night.

My son just recently purchased carpet and had installation done.. Well wasn’t a very good job the main seem it’s in the main walkway, in the living room, And having a small child and a dog it will pull a part, you can see where the seam is a very shoddy job. But we know this because we have carpet installers in the family and they laughed at the job that was done there. The only reason why he went to this place is to keep business in marine city. Obviously I must have problems with installation because their guys did not know what he was doing ....

Great staff, most accomodating and provide good information

Don and his team were great. He listened to what our flooring needs were and found us great products that worked for our house. He was so helpful as we were preparing our floors before installation. The installation went great and we couldn't be happier with the final product.
