Electric utility company

No longer operating

Random fees being charged, they never sent me a bill so it’s like they want to charge me more for late payment. Wish I had gone with another hydro company unfortunately they have me trapped due to my area.Debbie never called me back, I had to call Rachel again as she also never called me back either then accused me of wasting their time with back and forth emails. Apparently they’re understaffed, probably because the company is so poorly run and the staff seem miserable. I never authorized a credit check that they charged me for and coincidentally I never received that bill in the mail. They said they need my SIN and DOB for a credit check but then Rachel said they don’t, so I have no idea how they tried to run it without this info?! Beware of this company!

The security guard in this building is extremely unpleasant every time I’m there. She needs to have the roles of her job explained to her ASAP. She shouldn’t take her personal frustrations out on the couriers that are there to do there job. She needs to realize that the job she does is a reflection on the company that employees her.

This company is really pushy, and mislead customers. They will hook you by saying you will only pay 59.99 for your electric and 69.99 for your gaz. which in fact they are more expensive than our previous carrier. two years of contract which we wish we didnt do it

Total Power Solutions has been very informative and helpful in assiting Community Living Greater Sudbury with some of our industrial generators. They have definetlty help us out of a bind! Thank you Total Power Solutions!!!!

I called today as I have not received any communications in regards to whether or not my electric account was set up as the last communication I received was a confirmation for me signing up for an account. A lady picked up and already sounded irritated right off the bat. I explained my situation and that I was calling in to follow up on what is going on with my account as it’s going into my 3rd month and have yet to receive any communications what so ever nor have I received a physical bill. She responded sassily that I really should check my mail more often?! Which I don’t see how that comment would help my situation. I let her know that I check my mail and had also just recently checked it yesterday and saw no mail at all. She was no help at all and was just rude to someone who was just calling in to make sure everything was good (which it is not because I found out my bill is already past due and still have yet to receive anything informing me of this). Hopefully the person she referred me to would be much nicer and more helpful than she was.

Upgrades to service/equipment put on the customer rather than from company profit. A monopoly as there are no competitors. Criminals. Help programs only help those under 28000/year for single person 38000 for 2 people, make that make sense.

Probably the worst power company out there for pricing and customer service. I have an average family home with a wood burning fireplace that we use religiously in the winter and we're very energy conscious with keeping lighting and appliances off. I had 2 bills in a row at 900$ each so I started questioning whether their readings were correct or not and to verify. No reply what so ever from them and they sent it straight to collections within days of cancellation of services. My bill dropped to 350$ the next month when I made the switch. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OUTRAGEOUS BILLING.
