Countertops Direct was amazing to work with. Although, the offices are far from my Bloomfield Township home, they were highly recommended by a former contractor of mine. I made one visit across town to get educated and take a look at various counter options. Kelly was extremely helpful pointing out the pros-and-cons of the various options. She was a breeze to work with. The measurement process was a easy; Eric and Ryan were amazing at the installation. Also, due to some renovation issues/delays in my old house, I had to delay parts of the installation. Kelly was very understanding as Eric and Ryan had to come back three different times to complete the install – the last two over the holidays. I highly recommend Countertops Direct and would use them again with no hesitation.

I came in here frustrated because of a confusion on thier posted hours the night before. And im one of those people who when i have a bad taste in my mouth have trouble getting it out.The help i recieved was absolutely fantastic, i know little to nothing and was buying pool ques as a gift for my father the woman at the desk was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to help.me understand what i was buying and where price came from and why. As well as encouraged me to test the que's for warpage etc.All in all left extremely happy and my dad loved the gift.

Rudy, Brenden and Keegan moved our pool table quickly and carefully. They took the time to make sure we were happy with the placement in our basement as well. I highly recommend them for this service.

I found them very helpful and was able to get the job done myself and ordered all my supplies from them. I gave them 4 stars because when I went in person they were very helpful but over the phone they were a bit abrupt.
