Raft trip outfitter

We loved the guides and sleds at Valley Adventure (Arctic Adventure). Our group started by leading the dogs to each sled, then continued to navigate the intermediate terrain on the sleds with the dogs for the afternoon. The route was fun and technical, and the guides were able to accommodate our large group. Best experience of our trip.

We really enjoyed dogsledding! No puppies unfortunately, but awesome dogs who were energetic and strong despite some sticky snow. And driving a dogsled is super fun!!

Before booking the staff was very open about the level of skill required for this event and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable The actual rafting was awesome! Our guide was very skilled and the whole group had a lot of fun. Despite the long and slightly scary waiver, I did feel quite safe during the whole event. I will definitely be doing this again!

We were lucky to have Andrew as our guide on our trip down Kicking Horse River. He was knowledgeable about the river, the plant life, the region, and it seemed like just about everything else :). You could tell that the staff enjoyed their job and did all they could to ensure we enjoyed our experience. Which we did in a big way! The Traditional (full morning & lunch trip) exceeded expectations - we highly recommend if you're staying in the area.

This trip was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredible, and the rapids were intense (Class III/IV). We were looking for a thrilling experience, and this was everything we could've wanted. Plus they give unlimited free ice cream after. Definitely a must do.

I had the greatest time!! Even more fun then I expected. The staff were so organized and really friendly and fun as well! The driver I was with, Beth, was the best. We went through HUGE waves that practically swallowed the boat it was awesome. And the mud sliding was great too!

Booked the cottage and title bore rafting in January!!! For August 1st, Through Steve we went back and forth on the dates a little bit to try to find the best tides. So a few days before the trip I double checked my email to confirm the times of the rafting. Which is when I found out that during switching the dates that Steve had messed up somehow and only had booked us the cottage and not the rafting.. even though on our first email it was the rafting and the cottage like it was supposed to be. So I called and spoke to Amber who is a very very nice lady she looked at the emails and had confirmed that somehow Steve made a mistake and didn't book The rafting only the cottage which was our only reason that we were staying there she tried to accommodate us but there wasn't enough room left so she did call down the road and got us booked with another company which is very nice of her and the other company was awesome. Once I arrived at the cottage Nick greeted us who is awesome great great guy couldn't speak any more highly of them gave us free firewood couple free drinks and was very nice and apologetic about the whole situation. I did mention to him that if it was my company and the screw up had been on my behalf that I would have gave us free rafting on our next visit when we stayed at the cottage do you know what I mean, that would be a very good way to run a business. Didn't end up that way if it had of it would have definitely been a five star review. Like I said the only reason I was staying at the cottage at that spot was because we were doing the rafting at the same location. Not the biggest deal I would have just thought it would have been right and appreciated a little bit more compensation. Other than that Nick is a great great guy very great host beautiful personality. Just really would have thought that screw up that happened would have been compensated with some free rafting next time that we stayed there that would have made everything five Star all The way..

My 10 year old daughter and I had a really awesome day kayaking the 11 km Glen Morris to Paris trip. We took our time and spent a half day there. Everyone was nice and helpful. Washrooms and change rooms are available and clean. The water is really shallow at some points but still fun, perfect for smaller kids. Don't forget your sunscreen and water bottle.
