Front desk is usually as cold as a Calgary winter. They probably used up all the quotas for smiling or they may have bad teeth, thus the lack of smiles when they (do not warmly) welcome you in this clinic...whatever the reason is, a smile is a rare occurrence in this clinic. Not to mention, you will have even less reason to smile about when you leave the clinic or when you've experienced their awful customer service! I have put up with this clinic because my family doctor is very good. However, the past few weeks have even more unbearable as I am unable to reach their clinic manager. I wanted to relay a complaint, and reception just tells you that they are unable to give you the contact number of their clinic manager nor can they connect you to him. They tell you that they will relay the message to the said manager and to your doctor. I initially received a call from the said clinic manager, but I lost the voicemail containing his contact details and thus needed to acquire his contact information again, and I have not heard back from him since. I was again back to the same loop of being told my message will be relayed and that they are unable to give out the clinic manager's contact details. This is actually a VERY BIG RED FLAG. You have better luck reaching the customer service managers of multi-national companies, and this is actually another indicator of how this clinic puts very little value on their patients / clients and on their feedback. I will give this clinic negative stars if I could. This clinic risks their reputation by not giving a damn about the lack of customer service, neglect, or even abuse done by their staff. There should be ZERO TOLERANCE for abuse of health care professionals on clients. UPDATE: As of date, this clinic has informed clients of increased instances of clients lashing out on staff. Again, this clinic has yet to put in the effort to investigate how their staff are triggering clients with awful customer service. To this day, I have not received any apology regarding their staff’s actions. Yet, they arrogantly send mass email to their clients but they adequately lack follow-up in customer complaints. If you have similar experiences, speak up (maybe when they can no longer ignore the multitude of complaints then they will take their duty of care seriously) or stay away from this clinic because this says a lot of you will be valued and treated as a client seeking medical care.

Angie at reception went above and beyond, she is amazing! The patients and staff are very lucky to have her at Oak Bay Medical. Dr. Nicholls made my visit very comfortable. She saw me right before closing and stayed after hours to get me in last minute, and she did not rush the appointment! Thank you !! Highly recommend this clinic.

Got my implant here, lovely and knowledgeable staff

As a woman, it’s not always easy to find a doctor that will honestly listen to your concerns and not just dismiss you. The doctors at the IUD Clinic truly make you feel cared about. They are compassionate, understanding and willing to help in any way they can. They provided me with excellent care, were more knowledgeable than any other doctor I’ve been to and we’re willing to go above and beyond to help me. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Got a same day appointment, He is amazing we are happy that we made the right choice of going to MND imaging. I will highly recommend anyone.

I'm confused I've tried many times to book an appointment cannot get through. And everytime I try to go to the clinic you are closed. How am I supposed to access Healthcare if you aren't open. Now I have to go out of province.

To the males: surgical abortion only happens in a hospital. All this place does is refer you to someone who can prescribe you the pills to abort from home. Stay small and cope harder. Your mom wishes she went here instead of having a mistake like you.

Right off the bat when I first came it I peeped the attitude that the Doctors helper was giving me . She'd give me mean looks and talk to me with aggression. Once the appointment was over she decided to make me feel bad about the decisions I've made although she knew nothing about what I went thru and how I got in that position in the first place . She didnt try to understand me or hear me when i tried to explain, (although my personal life and what i do shouldnt be to her concern )She didn't make me feel comfortable, she just made me feel embarrassed and low for the decision I made . If you're gonna give ppl advice, please be general and careful about what you say and your attitude towards the person . You never what they could be going through!

I’ve been coming to see Madison for fertility acupuncture for a few months now and have been so pleased! She has such a calming presence and thoroughly explains everything, which I really love! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and helps curate a treatment plan including suggested supplements. If you’re considering acupuncture for any reason, I HIGHLY recommend Madison! Also, all of the staff at Maud are so pleasant and professional. The facility is clean and modern. You won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Aboud is a very thorough doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone for family doctor.The clinical staff are very kind and friendly and make you feel right at home!!
