I decided to order my Arcade after considering several different boutique builders. Something about the Frank Brother’s story, and the way they represent themselves appealed to me. I had never seen, held, or heard one in person but judging from their consistent IG feed, it seemed impossible that the guitar could be bad. My guitar arrived within the projected wait time, and it exceeds every expectation I had. Its musical, lively, loud acoustically. It fits well in my lap, it doesn’t neck dive when standing up. The finish and fretwork is absolutely immaculate. I haven’t picked up either of my Custom Shop Reissue LPs in a week. The Frank Brothers is just everything I wanted and more.To add to this, the customer service and level of care, attention and genuine excitement is unparalleled. These guys aren’t just building guitars for a living…They literally live to build them it seems. I spent hours on the phone with Tim making choices and talking shop before I ordered. The transparency and story you get with the drop box full of high-resolution progress photos is like an extra service of sentiment as you watch your guitar transform from lumber to instrument. They kept in touch the whole way, ensured my decisions were final as things progressed, and basically tracked the guitar with daily updates while it was on the way to my house. I’ve never felt so welcomed, reassured and confident with any purchase, guitar gear or otherwise in my life. The Frank Brothers are an impeccable example or how to have a fantastic product and business model that really puts the customer first at every turn. This entire process was absolutely delightful and the end result will continue to be for years to come. Thank you Tim, Nick, and crew. I can’t wait to order another!

I took the plunge and ordered a guitar that I had always wanted while looking at them on Instagram.The communication leading up to the order, as well as the production status updates, was very thorough. When I picked up the guitar in my hands, I was impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect of its construction and setup. When I actually played it, I was surprised to find that the sound, the balance when holding it, and the ease of playing were all very much to my liking. Personally, I have the impression that it sounds somewhere between a Les Paul and a Telecaster.For the first time, I feel like I have a guitar that matches the music I want to play, and I enjoy playing it.
