I’ve had a positive experience with this clinic. In particular, Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and thorough. I was referred to the clinic with a complicated situation and treated with upmost respect. The staff are also very attentive and helpful. Thank you for supporting all Canadians!

I was referred to Dr Sabrina Apel for head pain that I had for 14 months day and night. I had seen several doctors and had been on several medications for a year and nothing helped. My family doctors worked hard in helping me with Cat scans etc. for which I really appreciated. They cared a lot about me and really wanted to help me. Finally I was referred to Dr S Apel by my family doctor. The staff was friendly and got me in as quick as possible. Dr S Apel was kind and compassionate and listened to me with all that had gone on for the past year. She took her time (3/4 of an hour) to not only listen but to ask questions. She put me on a med and in two days I had relief. By the third day my head pain was gone.I still continue to take these meds. I would highly recommend Dr S Apel to my friends if ever needed. Thank you Dr Apel for making me well again and able to enjoy life once again. You are worth more than five stars.

I am a very positive person and hate speak ill but I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. M, internal medicine. She dismissed my symptoms, shrugged me off and then flat out lied to me and told me my blood work came back normal when it wasn’t even processed. After trying to get answers over the phone and having to talk through her assistant I’ve come to realize that she gives zero cares about me or my health issues. At least have the decency to refer me to someone else or offer alternative solutions. Never have I felt so devalued.

Honestly, the whole process of being diagnosed with an autoimmune is overwhelming in itself, you feel like an invisible human walking around in pain all the time, and it can get pretty emotional. Soooo when I come here to a place where the reception team is so kind, the entire staff is polite and pleasant on some of your worst days, it makes an immense difference. Dr. Lee is phenomenal, my case was a bit tricky and I've never once felt like my concerns are unheard, or I'm not being taken care of. He goes over the results with you, says why they do or don't contribute to what we're trying to achieve, never rules anything out, is patient, and super kind. I felt very lucky to have him in my corner! Not every doctor is this way.Nurse Ali(Aly?) Is also amazing. It's extremely helpful to be able to reach out in between visits if you have concerns or flares and I've been promptly taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for making a not so wonderful journey feel a bit easier!

Today I had the worst experience in my history of doctors with Dr Sabrina Apel. She was awful from start to finish. She repeatedly questioned why i came to see her and i kept telling her, it was a referral from the ENT specialist. Her approach was very dismissive and i felt disheartened by it. IF SHE HAS A PREFERRED CLIENTELE, please be clear and don't waste patients' time. Why be in Clinical practice if she doesnt want to speak to patients. She should consider a different field

I was referred to Dr. Muir, and she was wonderful. One of the only doctor's I have felt at ease around, and took my concerns seriously. However, she unfortunately went on Maternity leave. I was referred out to another specialist so I wouldn't be left in limbo, however this exactly what has happened. The new specialist sent a letter to peak medical requesting further testing. After speak with reception, I was advised there is no set return date for Dr. Muir, and when asked if there is someone who is covering her patients, was told yes" BUT a new referral is required. Are you kidding me? Why do I need a new referral for a doctor who is COVERING her patients in the SAME clinic. What an absolute joke..."

My wife was referred to see Dr. Durand. After waiting four months they canceled her appointment with four hours notice. With no interest in rebooking her. It’s important to diagnose and treat RA early to lessen the permanent and painful joint damage. I’m very disappointed with the lack of compassionate.

I drove from Lethbridge to see Dr.Patel and was warmly greeted by the front desk and promptly the nurse. Shortly after being led into the room I met Dr.Patel. She was genuine in her analysis. She asked me a lot of questions to analyze what was going on. Thereafter she did a series of physical tests. She came to her diagnosis and told me plans of action. I was so glad I saw her and was satisfied with all that was done. Thank you so much for helping me in my road to recovery!

I just had my appointment with Dr Jason Lee, and all I can say is wow! One of the best doctors I’ve ever seen, very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind - took the time to go over several results and options for the future with me. I’m so impressed and feel thrilled to have someone like him helping me. Also the front desk staff were very friendly and the nurse who I saw was very friendly and personable. Best experience at this clinic!

Absolutely awful and useless care for Transgender ppl. Dr J won't explain anything and will focus entirely on Estrogen levels and push you out the door as fast as possible. Any changes result in arguments.He refused to send in my referral for bottom surgery for 4 years wasting YEARS of my time because he kept forgetting". FOR YEARS. He told me over and over he sent the referral in but when I would call to confirm they never received anything. This game went on for 4-5 years. Currently on a wait list after changing doctors. He won't referral to anything unless you're young and attractive.He cares about making money off the trans community.If you go to him for anything do all your own research because he is USELESS beyond signing prescriptions. If you avoid Dr J I highly suggest you do"
