Very bad

Janet Barber Aquatics was exactly what I was looking for. They have small classes and many times more than 1 instructor per class. The instructors support their students to accomplish as much as possible in a session. They are not bound by levels and personalize lessons so children can practice what they need to. Children regularly complete more than 1 level per session and those who do not complete 1 level, don't fail, they receive a silver or gold star. For those ahead there is a flips and turns class to keep them swimming until they are old enough to proceed to the next level. Janet is very energetic and accommodating. She recognizes busy lives and tries her hardest to work in make up sessions. My kids have been with the school for 3 years and counting. It's been a fantastic experience.

coaches are dedicated and friendly, and their professionalism shines through in every lesson. The progress my children have made has been outstanding.

My daughter is enrolled at Swim School here. She was very afraid to get into the water but the staff and instructors worked very hard to make her comfortable entering the water! I was so grateful and happy when she finally got in. Felix swim school went above and beyond in my opinion allowing my daughter to stay for the next class to ensure she would be more comfortable for the following week considering it took her awhile to get used to the water. Defiantly the best place for swim school for your little ones. I am very eager to see what the next few months will bring.

Simply outstanding team. My daughter is enjoying her swim lessons, and she gets very personalized attention in helping her improve her skills when needed. Hats of to Lauren, who I believe is part of management. She keeps a keen eye on all swimmers and when needed she gives personal coaching and pool time to make sure that swimmer gets the technique right. She is the main reason for us to enjoy this place even more. Entire team is friendly, especially the reception team. Amazing facility all around.

WETS has hands down been the most amazing swimming program my little one has ever participated in. My daughters swimming skills, confidence and love for the sport has consistently grown over the last two years. The professional leadership demonstrated by Donna has been evident throughout our time at WETS and the instructors have been incredible. Donna and her team have always provided a safe and engaging learning environment for all participants regardless of skill level. The program itself also highlights the importance of water safety and teaches age appropriate safety skills, which is so critical in the Okanagan Valley.The small class sizes and individual attention have also played an important factor in the rapid success the swimmers seem to achieve under the careful and kind guidance provided by Donna and her incredible team. Truly thankful we found this program and highly recommend!

9 years training here. My kids have many friends. Like a family.

Our family have been going to this location for years! The last year this place has gone downhill. My son had about 4 different coaches in the space of 2 months!! He was so close to graduating, and this changes of coaches delayed it. When he finally graduated, we enrolled him next level w coach Sharon, we were so excited, as we've been watching coach Sharon for quite a while and know he is so great, dedicated, and seems to really care (we had many coaches over the years, but none compare to what we observed in coach Sharon). 2nd class in and we're told Sharon is no longer teaching this class, we're told there would be 2 instructors (one was training). On our app it still says Sharon is our coach, so basically we don't even know who's going to replace him, but what upsets me the most is that even if we had a name it doesn't really matter because any moment it can change again. It is disappointed because we pay top dollar for this place, and over the years it really adds up.
