Not the best centre but it does it's job. Good parking space, easily accessible, directions are placed nicely. One flaw I would say, Washrooms look outdated and are not clean, it could be due to shortage of staff but that's what I noticed

Satisfactory enough: plenty of free parking space, friendly people, quick registration, gave extra two sheets of note paper upfront, provided water, results came out in 4 days.

This place is crowded, you get to sit in 1 ft distance to the next person. And the room is very small with at least 25+ people giving their tests at the same time.You need give your speaking in the same place among those 25+ people who’s right next to you. Everyone starts talking into their microphones and it turns into chaos as soon as everyone gets to their speaking exam.
