Very expensive, no phone number available to call. My garbage was picked up and they took one of my lids, no way to contact them. Virtual assistant is a joke, why can't I just talk to someone.

Sold my property unable to reach anyone. Automated service doesn't give the option to speak to someone. Keeps hanging up on me. 8 months later I got a call that my bill was outstanding explained property was sold and lawyers called them the day of, promised to fix it, keep getting emails and still unable to email back or speak to anyone. Very frustrating.

I think it is very expensive for me, considering I only put out 1 container every 2 weeks. But they are always around the same time and do a good job. It's just pricey!!
