Department store

The store itself and other associates are good. My particular problem is with the Auto Centre Manager (believe his name is Roger). After having my car serviced at this location for many years, I asked him if I could have a few bags, as the ones they had previously wrapped my wheels in had ripped. He refused and said the bags are only for current customers getting their vehicles serviced". Puzzled at his response

Seriously I got to alot of Walmarts as I am a collector of things and this one is by far the best! The staff, especially Cody the manager is amazing, helpful, and super friendly. They go out of their way to make sure customer service is top priority.

There are NEVER enough self checkouts open. People wait in line too long every single day. This so called supercentre has the worst management in the history of business. This walmart never stocks enough important products and i find it to be extremely frustrating and to be a waste of time MOST of the time.

Best grocery store to go to in St. Catharines. Walmart always has what you're looking for such as clothes, food, electronics, toiletries, health products and so much more. There is a very large self checkout centre and employees are always ready to help when there is a problem.

Good customer service, always helpful, inside store or curbside pickup.Good experience every time

Le GÉRANT offre un service POURRI. Je demande s'ils ont un article vu sur internet, il me répond d'aller voir dans une allée, je demande s'il peux vérifier avec le # du produit (que j'ai en main), il me réponds qu'il est occupé dans son bureau !!!Je ne trouve pas l'article, je choisi donc autre chose qui me convient. Je veux payer comptant mais le commis me demande de payer avec débit ou crédit...parce que sa caisse est fermée!!! (Il reste 15-20 min avant l'heure de fermeture) j'insiste pour payer comptant, (j'ai l'argent et la monnaie juste) le commis aurait accepté mais le gérant qui entends la conversation refuse catégoriquement mon argent (avec un air bête)il dit qu'il a une politique là-dessus!!! Seems all the products that didn't make it in bigger locations get dumped in Huntsville........Pity

This store has basic groceries. I have bought some household items and pet supplies. It's the closest Walmart to wear I live.
