My dog Corona and I have had a wonderful experience with Asher, their mobile groomer. As a new mom it’s been really hard making time to trim Corona’s black claws appropriately and get her thick gsd/lab coat brushed and washed well regularly on top of managing a baby. Going to any groomer won’t work because she’s 90lbs and extremely reactive towards other dogs. Having this mobile grooming service has been an absolute life saver because Asher does such an amazing job deep cleaning Corona and making sure her claws are down to a comfortable length. Corona has been such a wonderful companion to me truly deserves the best and I believe that’s what she’s getting with EarthWise.

Everyone I have encountered that works here are extremely helpful and very friendly. I always enjoy every trip to buy something I need.

So happy this place exists. My husband and I were camping with our chihuahua puppy who decided to go off his food. Johns Pampered Pets carries high quality options which can be hard to find. They gave Sebastian some treats in the store which he loved as well.

Took my fur baby for a spiff and shine. The staff were very gentle and caring with my baby.They also carry a variety of products to keep your pet happy and healthy.

I give this place 5 stars. They gave my cat a lion cut and I can't believe the job they did they did a very good job on my cat very very happy with it.

Friendly staff, high quality dog food and supplies

Dr. Pothier saved my dogs life and is always on the ball. He correctly diagnosed and treated two of my dogs over the years when other vets didn't... I think he is fantastic. Plus it's nice that he speaks French too.

We bring our dog who is super anxious to get her nails cut here and they are so great with her and do an excellent job! We also took our new puppy to get groomed and she came out looking so beautiful!

The service at this location is beyond all other locations. Diane's product knowledge and customer service outshines all other Bark and Fitz locations.She is an absolute asset to this brand. Never answers there phone or gets back to you i been trying to get ahold of this place to book appoint for my dog that’s 11 years old it’s pretty sad a company can’t answer the phone or make a call back that’s what a receptionist is for 24 hour emergency service is bogus if you can’t get ahold of them how can you do emergency services I called the other vet in town and got answered right away and an appoint booked this place needs to get better customer service I’m surprised there door is still open above all if I could rate 0 stars I would as this is very poor service I would not recommend anyone bring there pets there as if they can’t answer the phone they don’t care about your animal leave messages and still no call back
