Took my mom for an appointment here. Appontment took a while to book (11 months) as Dr. Paleksic is the only doctor in this area with her field of expertise. The wait was worth it. Amazing doctor, very knowledgeable. No issues, will be seeing her again for a follow-up.

I saw Dr Ho today regarding pain in my hand and arm. I was very impressed. He spent a hour with me. Asking lots of questions regarding my pain. He listened to everything I had to say. I didn't feel rushed. He told me what exercises to do. And also supported me by sending me for a X-ray on my hand. What a great Dr! During these crazy times due to Covid. People are rushed to get you in and out. I highly recommend Dr Ho. Gentle manner. Great listener. He truly cares.

I was referred here by my friend and I’m so glad I was. Dr. Arseneau is so knowledgeable and truly takes the time to understand you and what you’re going through. He carefully maps out a plan and follows through. The staff are super helpful and excellent customer service from Roberta. I definitely recommend the clinic!!!

They check me in and do their utmost best to ensure i am satisfied with my treatmentFor starters; Brandon the PTA (Physiotherapist Assistant), he is a rather insightful, intelligent grounded respectful and professional individual. Upon entry he goes above and beyond for my care. He is attentive, uplifting, and positive. He goes the extra mile in helping me adjust my exercise that fits me. Its almost as if he knows me better than myself when it comes to fitness. Total 10/10 review for this gentlemenVictoria; she is a rather enlightening, caring, professional, intelligent young woman. Her knowledge and attention to detail when it comes to my treatment and her professionalism is rather above and beyond. Victoria has a way with her presence and ability to care for clients. Her demeanor is outstanding, charisma is contagious and her care is top notchFinally, Dr. Shelly, this Dr has been breathtakingly outstanding. From the way of her interaction with me, to the follow up conversations, to being able to advocate for my care. As it stands she is the best Chiropractor i have EVER had. Her hands in the massage of my injured limb has changed the trajectory of my healing. Her ability to break down barriers between a healthcare professional and patient is rather ground breaking. She doesnt only care for my injured area, she cares for me at a personal level. She has gone above and beyond when it comes to my treatment. Her caliber of professionalism, attention to detail, intricate care, personality all are what can help carry this establishment.If your looking for an overall high level/ caliber care then this place and its staff are where its at. Audrey the receptionist has a bad mood and makes projections on calling patients, I was treated very bad early in the morning, not professional, not human, a power tripper, contradicting anything I'd say, she's not polite hanging the phone when I was in need of my Dr. Shame on you Audrey! Drink your coffee! SHAMEFUL!

Been trying to call and reschedule my appointment they cancelled (within hours of the app and over email, not even a phone call) for weeks... Still no one answering phones. And I am locked out of booking online?? How am I supposed to see my family doctor if the staff wont even pick up the phones.

Dr bourdon is the best...she takes. Care of my every need...plus guides me where I need to be. If I need other areas met!!

The doctors are great at their jobs, but front end staff are quite rude and snarky. Especially to other office medical staff. Quite unprofessional. *This review is for Barbara Zhao front end staffing.*
