Saint Johns Conservation Area
Good hike and lovely colours of fall one can explore on a sunny day near pond. The trail is clearly marked and maintained which make whole experience more enjoyable.

Kimiwan Bird Walk
Very nice nature walk built over wetlands. We were there too early in the season to see wildlife, but it was still a lovely walk out over the watery marshes of the lake.I would definitely recommend it for anyone traveling through the area.

Marais de la Rivière aux Cerises
We loved it. It is a long walk so our 4 year old got a bit tired. But we saw lots of flora and fauna

Rouge National Urban Park, Woodland Day Use Area
Great trail with kids., would recommend a insect repellent spray on. And definitely get an extra pair of in case getting into the water.! The stones are extremely slippery

Hawk Hill
Hawk Hill lies inside High Park. It was easy to find the place using Google maps. Lots of people watch birds. There are several types of prey birds in this park. Ranging from Hawks to Bold Eagle. However, most of these birds, don’t land they just fly over the park. The best time to see these bird is noon (September to November). I came in late, but I was lucky to find a pair of Falcon hunting. These birds were on a tree waiting for prey.

Bird Watching Area
Very close to my hometown. It's a must visit for bird watching enthusiasts. Two very rare species were sighted this past week alone.
