Fabric store

I only shop here when in the area as I live 4 hours away. Always have to stop when on my way through Chatham to Wallaceburg. The quality of the fabrics is always great and a huge selection of prints. This time through I was sad to see that they are closing. Guess I will have to stock up on the prints I cannot get at home.

Decent prices, very large selection. Was looking for items to make a baby quilt.

I was in this store a few months ago and the staff and there attitude was discussing.. Years ago I used to buy fabrics and all kinds of items. Never going in there again

Wonderful fabric/sewing store! Prices are very reasonable. Selection is very good. Customer service is outstanding! If you haven't checked them out then I recommend that you do.

We came in to exchange some blackout roll downs that didn't fit and were cut incorrectly, as we measured them with a measuring tape. I was extremely disappointed in the store managers deminor towards us (Lori). It was more of pointing fingers and deflecting the situation than lending a positiveness to it all. If itit wasn for the supervisor Dee Dee being called off her break to assist I don't think I would ever go back. I was very pleased with the friendly customer service to help us get what we were looking for. I hope this insight is used to correct the shopping experience at your place of business and fill it with better store management, but applaud the good workers and continue to add good workers.

Sewing has always peaked my interest and when I found out there was a local shop that taught lessons I signed up right away. Since then I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Sew Local. The customer service is phenomenal, the classes are very informative and lucky for me the teachers are patient with helping me every step of the way. I love the whole family at Sew Local, you won’t be disappointed shopping here!

I spent $16 on 2 meters of plain fabric and realized when I got home that it wasn’t the right fabric. At no point did anyone tell me it was final sale. When I went to return it, untouched, the manager was extremely rude and implied I was lying, I left in tears. Just go to fabric vill not worth your money and time.

My experience with Kamfair was exceptional! Andrew installed custom blinds and shutters throughout my family's new home. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and will guide you throughout the process! Extremely pleased with the amazing customer service. Although there were shipping delays due to the pandemic, Kamfair was prompt in communicating and updating us. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a company that places importance on high quality blinds and shutters as well as phenomenal customer service!! I'm very happy and satisfied with Kamfair's services!
