Bought my first brand new car from Adam , great service from start to finish , even recommended holding off on taking the vehicle until July for a 232 registration, I’ve been a customer of theirs years buying used cars and for servicing, never any problems always great advice and you have peace of mind knowing that should something go wrong they’ll put it right

Got electric car, (2 and half yes old) same that I drove and tested in other garage but I liked the colour so I purchased without inspection. Given the promise of checks and making sure the car is in great shape.Car computer tells me last service was skipped.Loads of scuffs on paint and even interior smeared with cream or something at the back of driver seat but it was my fault I didn't see it. (other dealer shop would correct all the paintwork before sale so I was dissapointed)From first drive home I was getting radar errors on car screen, windows would move funny and noticed that reverse camera all worn out (probably polisher)So when I contacted windser that this is not acceptable especially when I travel all the way from Cork and I gonna bring car back they got straight on the problem but just verbally. I wanted change car is to avoid hassle but I guess I was to weak and now I'm stuck.They told me to book at nearby opel ans later just dragged out time until 14day period was over. They ware meant to contact garage and make sure they know what's going on but never did. Meant to contact me for times and details for buttevant garage to make it faster. No communication.Disappointed in you Alan.

A couple of months ago they had my car for two days due to the Braine l'Alleud garage being closed at the time. They charged me 77E for a diagnosis of the problem, which turned out to be completely wrong and would have cost me over 2000E had I gone ahead with the (unnecessary) work. When I got in the car to leave I found that the mechanic had been referring to the owner's manual as he was obviously unfamiliar with the car's electronics.Just recently booked the car in for a routine service using the Braine l'Alleud phone number. Wasn't told at any point that the Braine l'Alleaud garage had been closed down. Ended up driving there only to find it closed with a notice that work had moved to the Waterloo garage. Went into Waterloo and explained that no one had informed me of this but the reception staff couldn't have cared less. Left without getting a service. Wouldn't recommend this garage or an Opel car to anyone.
