Moe is super nice! He helped me process the eyeglasses that I want even though were having problems with my insurance he is so patient in processing my request. Will definitely recommend the clinic to my other friends and relatives. Kudos to this wonderful staff!

I spent $700 on glasses which sat in my drawer for the last two years because they got my prescription wrong. The staff are not all opticians, however some were given a crash course on how to use the eye exam machine. When I put on the glasses, my vision was cross eyed. I returned the glasses to the store and asked them to change the frame to a smaller size in order to fix the problem. They complied but after receiving the glasses again the same problem persisted. They assured me that my vision would adjust to the new frames and prescription, but that never happened. Instead I had to use my old glasses and wait two years until my insurance would renew for new glasses. Another thing was the thickness of the lenses was double that which my older glasses from costco, even though I paid for the best" and thinnest lenses. The "optician" explained that it's because my eyes have gotten worse

Dr Yang is very patient and understanding. I work on the computer all day long and gets lots of headache and eye-aches, she helped explain and suggest doable ways to help sooth the ache a lot! The staff is also very helpful, and explained to me different lens and helped me pick a great glasses that looks really cute! and also helped with headaches!

Dr. Yang and her team helped me picked a pair of glasses that I absolutely love! They have a good selection of frames and the team is very friendly and experienced. Will Definitely come back.

Great location in Oshawa, right on the main street with lots of parking. So many fabulous eyeglass frames to choose from, but the friendly, knowledgeable, professional optician made it easy. I loved all the great designer frames, and purchased three of them. I am looking forward to my next eyeglass shopping adventure at the Red House Vision Centre. Thank you!

Good day, I have had two sets of glasses/prescriptions over the last five years. Both sets are good quality, the fit is excellent (with some minor adjustments by the staff) and the service was great. Of particular note, I called from Calgary (I recently moved as I retired from the military) and the young lady at Oakley was kind enough to answer my follow on questions about my prescription. The customer service (on 20 Sep 19) was greatly appreciated.

My wife and I have both had great experiences at Oakley. We purchased new glasses - they were very helpful. They had lots of selection and lots of patience as we looked at almost everything in the store. When we had a problem with the lenses they were quickly replaced without any hassle. The staff is really friendly and we love the dog mascot!

I would highly recommend this optometry clinic! Dr. Yang took great care of me, helping to get me a new prescription and showing me the different contact lens and glasses options. I had a previous pair of glasses that she even kindly repaired for me.
