I just recently came in here to have the specialist look at some X-rays.The staff was incredibly polite and professional, the office was beautiful, and the overall service and experience was excellent.

I've had the pleasure of being a client of Bruna's for over a year now. Bruna is a very caring and knowledgeable practitioner and she goes out of her way to impart knowledge and health tips. Thank you Bruna!

I went in to see a Dentist as I felt I had a few cavities. I expressed to them that I did not have insurance hoping they would work with me. The Dentist and assistant asked me if I was interested in a cleaning and I said no because of the lack of funds and wanted my cavities filled first. The assistant asked me 3 times why i didn’t want the cleaning. I explained, again, I’m low on funds. When the Dentist began to work on my teeth he kept mentioning that I should have a cleaning. He was also telling me that it’s taking long because he has to clean out the cavities. The Dentist decided to charge me the full amount possible for each cavity. My bill for 3 Cavities was $1200. Horrible experience. I decided to go to another Dentist and explained that I have no insurance. They charged me $450 to fill 3 cavities. They’re also charging me $130 for a cleaning. I do not recommend this Dental office. They are not willing to work with peoples budget. They’re not willing to help a fellow human being.UPDATE: My rating was not an error. I do not recommend this Dental office.

They are super nice there. I like the introduction when its your first time. They do a quick tour and they get right to it. My dentist is nice and they try to speak English to make you comfortable. Very pleased !! Thank you.

Dr. Kevin and his team are amazing. I always feel better after a couple minutes with them (as I'm usually very nervous at the beginning of my appointment). The atmosphere is relaxed and happy. Everyone seems genuinely nice and welcoming. The service is great and you do not wait long to get in at your appointment time. Everything is explained clearly and the pricing seems very fair and reasonable.

The Doctor was very patient and provided detailed explanations of the visit, options and path forward.

I recently visited Smiles Fleetwood Dental Clinic for a cleaning and checkup, and I was extremely impressed with my experience. Dr. Chu was friendly and professional, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing and answer all of my questions. The office was clean and modern, and the staff were all welcoming and helpful.I appreciated that they were able to accommodate my schedule and fit me in for an appointment quickly. Overall, I had a great experience at Smiles Dental Clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and modern dental clinic in the area. Amazing people

The worst experience of my life!A simple small filling and clamps were screwed onto my gums and then pulled off without being unscrewed all the way.Subsequently my gums are swollen and bruised as well as the inside of my lip has a cut that’s approximately one inch long!I’ve had surgeries that were less painful!Never again!!!

An appointment for a biopsy, and filled with the most anxiety I have ever experienced, I was overwhelmed and tearful, my specialist dr John had me calm and relaxed in a matter of seconds, his expertise in this matter left me thanking him with much appreciation, he calmed me down and had the biopsy done within a half hr and I didn’t feel a thing, many many thanks Dr John, you were THE BEST!!!

A recent visit was the most pleasant experience at the dentist that I've ever had! All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would 100% recommend Karen (hygienist) and Dr Moon - Both are very patient, skilled at what they do, and make you feel comfortable. The time flew by quickly and I came out of the appt smiling :)
